Hi! Because i ordered the same build with gigabyte b550m ds3h, can you tell me if this card is pci 4 in the pci4 slot of mobo? And if there any difference because i know the 5600g is pci 3? Thanks
5600G has less cache as well. This missing cache will effect you in games. If you are going to use a dedicated GPU like the RX 6400, you are better off getting a Ryzen CPU that doesn't have a G at the end of it's naming scheme. When the Ryzen CPU had a G, ex 5600G, it means it has an integrated graphics card and less cache due to the IGPU taking up space on the chip. This is ok if you are only going to use said CPU with its integrated GPU as you will always have enough CPU performance to drive said integrated GPU to its max but, if you plan to use it with a D GPU like the RX 6400, or better, you will only hurt performance, and on top of that these G series CPUs don't support PCIe 4.0; They only support PCIe 3.0, meaning you are hamstringing your RX 6000,7000,and 8000 series GPUs and running with worse performance. In the case of the lower end stuff, the RX 6400 for example, you are running with a lot worse performance.
