yes, you will have to take out the motherboard and hold the backplate from below . Apply some pressure to the screws to get it to fit in

RX570 8GB is very old, if you get the used (mining cards) will be less reliable. Performance is okay

maybe need change other RAMs to try troubleshoot, change SSD, HDD reinstall Windows . RX570 graphics card could be be the problem as well
