There's some dude fighting dancing lion with collosal weapon, and mid roll. His build prioritizes defensive stat with defensive tear, defensive talisman, and defensive consumables Its doable
Gotta give her props for sticking with the doot weapon. Considering it's a collosal weapon, it is slow with its swing. Especially its special magic attack... which is also slow. Honestly, I would go a tier lower because I can never be brave enough to use collosal weapons even if they dish out massive damage and stun/build up poise.
I spent a while trying to down the final boss with the crucible hammer (a weapon i had actually wanted in the game since I first played, I'm really glad they did that) It's a colossal weapon, and honestly the charged heavies were just barely fast enough to sometimes get away with, but the risk of hit trading was too great. So I used powerstanced greataxes (axe of godfrey left hand, quality pickaxe with Prayerful Strike right hand. Pickaxe is a greathammer but for some reason can powerstance with greataxes) which served me very well during my maingame playthrough. It felt like coming full circle, since I ignored that build throughout the rest of the dlc so I could try new weapons.
I forgot how much I missed watching Ame. I just kinda lost interest in watching live streams in general so now I just most watch clips from time to time when they show up. Good to see the gremlin again.
A coworker of mine compared the Dancing Lion to being a messed up version of those lion and dragon prop costumes you’d see in Chinese festivals. Yeah, I definitely see the resemblance.
