Beautiful, I was not aware that hoop skirts were the dress style of choice. I have one question, if the models that walk for a living and are used to modeling difficult styles and shoes have this much trouble walking in these dresses how in the world is "Amber Nicole" ever going to make it up the isle with Dad in a regular sized church with a regular sized isle without falling on her face?
@@darlenecannon2873 That would solve the church isle is too narrow but being from the south and having a regional history with the hoop skirt you sort of loose the spirit of the original design. Oh well, nothing it seems is ever like the picture.
Indeed, the models had much trouble walking in these dresses... to the point that one of them fell down! It's not featured on this video, but I just uploaded the footage on my own channel.
Ridiculous, they can't walk properly in the dresses. Lamp shades come to mind. The models look as if they have a bad smell under their noses. This is the 3rd collection I have seen and they all look the same apart from the odd sleek silhouette.
For sure, the poor models couldn't walk properly in the dresses... One of them even fell on the catwalk! It's not featured on the present video, but I just uploaded it on my own RU-vid channel.
Why show these beautiful wedding dresses with hoop skirts? Hoops went out in the 19th Century. The drape of each dress would benefit from crinolines only.

I wonder since each wedding dress is tailored for the model and specifically them, and they can't sell the dress, where does the dress go? On resale? or what?
Transform any of these hoop skirts into a skirt with a crinoline and they would still be amazing. The dress at 6:44 is a fail; however, the hooded lace cape on the final model gives me life!
I've never heard of the dresses being tailored for the model. There's a standard size. If she's too thin, she's either pinned or sewn into the gown... usually pinned as there are too many dress changes. If she's too big...let's face it, it just don't happen.
They don't get to keep the dress or anything for that matter. It goes on display somewhere. Look up the designer on the internet. Call the distributor nearest you and ask what they do with runway dresses and unwanted inventory.
Also, the shoes that models have been wearing in recent years are even more ridiculous than ever. Picture a pair of stillettos with a gold-colored platform in front that's twice as tall as normal and starts not from the edge of the shoes, but an inch or two from the outer edge of the shoes. Those poor girls.
First, I imagine that Amber, Jane, or Mary won't have a hoop or any of the crinolines. They probably put in the hoops and crinolines for effect during the show. Et voila, problem fixed for her and daddy. The bigger problem is affording a designer wedding dress.
Неудачный показ. Платья недоработаны, невесты на них наступают, одна вообще подбрасывала платье, чтобы идти. Сами модели с такими постными лицами, как-будто только и мечтают, чтобы поскорее это всё закончилось.
