One reason I love Sofie is that she isn’t there for the money or fame it’s the experience and pushing your limit, it teaches us that even if your going through the hardest in life even trying and practice will help you, you won’t always be the best but you’ll be the best you can be! ❤

I can relate to this a lot as someone who has been practicing for about 4 years in track I feel like my body takes over my mind and everything and those bad thoughts pressure and nervousness starts to get to ur mind but as soon as it starts u get very motivated by the cheering and do the best you can.
