Even if he wins he can't do fuck, it's not like the US where he would have total control of congress and house. We have to many party's here to be able to rule with just one. They won't get the majority in the Second Chamber (because no party can anymore, not just the PVV), so he'll always have to partner with another party. I'm pretty sure that won't work out, since there are so many party's that don't align with the PVV. Because of that, it's harder to pass a law in The Netherlands than in the US.
