Second health insurance or medical insurance Lena waha jaruri kyo hai yeh to ek tarah se jabardasti hi Hui na. India me to aapki marzi hai insurance lena hai lo nahi Lena to mat lo. Mostly log India me insurance sirf isliye karwate hain taki tax me conssion mil jayega because yaha medical treatment bohot sasta hai. 😂

India me health insurance sasta hai but yaha US me health insurance zaroori hai, Obama care law bolte hain isko. It is actually a good thing, varna kabhi kisi ko kuch hua to itna mehnga kharcha koi afford nahi kar paega, isliye insurance lena mandatory hai aur acha bhi

Aaj kal india mein bhi health insurance lete hain…concession is not just the reason. The insurance claim is not as seamless here as in US/Europe. Sometimes cashless options are not there many things are not covered. And yaha india mein private hospitals chor hain. They will suck entire money if the know you have insurance but at the same time they don’t provide proper treatment

House rentals could be around 1k/M, groceries from 700-1k, healthcare deductible, contributions to retirement, car payments and maintenance 500-700/m, utilities and mobile 200-500/m. These are just some of the basic needs. Savings will be minimal if not breaking even. And the chance of Indians getting Green Card through employment is close to zero. If your plan is just to get a foot in the door and look for better opportunities once here maybe make the move but then again I have no idea how much demand your profession has in the US. Best of luck!

@@jasrajdaiya4297rs 2 crore means usd 250k in texas...after federal taxes take home usd 175k....if you have 2 kids 2 cars a 3 or 4bhk house...you will save yearly approx usd 40k which is day rs 34 to 35 lacs...if you take 2 vacations abroad you save say usd 30k or rs 32 lacs...so in 10 years you save rs 3.5 to 4 crores....in lndia a 3BHK DLF FLAT IN GURUGRAM COSTS 6 TO 8 CRORES😂😂

😂 are you comparing a neurosurgeon to a software engineer it's at least 100x more difficult to become good neurosurgeon than a good software engineer...
