My Question is : Usually Prudent Investors keep periodically investments into Stock Market as their Salary or other income received and Index PE are in average Range. But sometimes even with average Index PE , Indices falls more than 20-30%. So in this discounted Scanrio we may not have enough Cash to buy shares on Cheaper prices. So how can we deal with this stiuation so we can take benefit of discounted shares ? Should we keep 20-25% of monthly investment as cash with us or is there any other method ?
