They're canceling this show and giving him another called Kleeper where he will be traveling the country and interacting with people. I love these segments because I they make me almost forget him and Laura Gray are married. Hence their excellent timing.

colbert's satire along these lines was way superior to his bland late night talk format. His old show was a lot smarter, more incisive. I couldn't even keep watching colbert after the new show took off. It felt like a much more dumbed down 'dick jokes about the war' type format with a bunch of canned laughs.

DrGingerLee agreed. The Opposition has only had 1 season, and it deserves more time. I'm a fan of this type of satire. Not a big fan of interviews in the field... they tend to come across as staged and phony. Opposers! Oppose this change! :)

A Historic fact or two. "Judge" Janine was only a County Court Judge for a couple of years -- two years. She calls Hillary a loser, but when Pirro was going to run against Hillary, the Republican Party begged her not to do so because her poll numbers were so much worse than a fellow Republican. So they had her run for New York Attorney General, and Pirro lost that race by about 20% -- 39% to 58%. Polls show that she would have lost by about 40% if Pirro had stayed in the Senatorial Race -- 62% to 30%. SO WHO IS THE LOSER ?

Wow, I had only vaguely heard of this lady (I do not live in US). Quite a piece of work. That is probably what North Korean TV would sound like in english. You just have to replace "Trump" with "Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un" and "Democrats" with "American Imperialist pigs" and you get Pyongyang TV in english.
