Nobody said anything about what promotions. I am a US Navy veteran. I think that you were right about who has the largest Airforce and the second largest depending on whether you are including or excluding support aircraft. Strictly combat aircraft the US Navy is largest with Airforce second.

The US Navy actually has a bigger air force than The USAF. They also, technically have their own Armed Force named The US Marines who have a pretty sizable Air Force of their own that The Navy pays for on top of that...😂😂😂 Do. Not. Touch. The BOATS!!!

I was there, there was a pucker factor, but young men on a ship for 3-4 months are ready for anything looking close to excitement. Including a fight, death and destruction bitches. I was a Ships Serviceman, l was also a fireman, damage control, first response and a quick responder. Also did damage control maintenance so if shit the fan our safety devices would work in case of fire or flooding due to storms, accidents or war time incidents.
