Hi everyone, can you believe how many doggos we found this weekend?! We had so much fun meeting each one 😊🐶 If you have a pet be sure to let us know what kind and their name in the comments!
My son & his wife take their dogs to the Crescent Lake dog park in Saint Petersburg. They live a few blocks away from the south end of the lake, so it's a nice walk over there.
No dogs, only cats, but I sure do love seeing other people's dogs having fun! Our girls are Miss Kitty (spoiled tuxedo), Mimi (black Savannah), and Lyla (much smaller black kitty). They wouldn't want the dog treats but they love kitty treats!
One thing we do miss out on in traveling so much is not being able to have pets. We love cats and dogs and are so happy that we live in a place where we can enjoy other peoples pets so much!
We're so happy that you found this video, and we hope you and Allie have a great time at some of these spots! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!
Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment, Kelly. This was one of the most fun videos we've ever made, and we're so glad you enjoyed it! Best of luck in your move to Clearwater. We hope you love living down here as much as we do!
@@kellygwyn4922 even better! We still love going back to the Midwest, and there are parts about living in the Midwest that we appreciate more, now that we've been gone for so long...but we sure do love living close to the gulf and hope you do too!
We're so glad to hear you found our video to be helpful! Thanks so much for watching. We hope you and your cocker spaniel have a wonderful time here in Florida!
LOVED this episode! We are planning our move to Florida and all your vlogs are so informative as to where all the best places are to visit in Florida. We have three dogs...Waffles, Inky and Chloe and they all most certainly would have loved a treat from you. Can't wait to see what you guys are up to next!
We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed this one. It was definitely a bit different from our typical video, but we had a blast making it! We hope you and your three doggos enjoy it here in Florida as much as we do!
Great video, Loved this - I have a Wiener Dog named Chester who is 18 months old. Would love to bring him to Florida some day but being in the UK that’s unlikely any time soon.
My baby girl is Ginger Lou and she is a 10 year old Chihuahua. She loves the beach and walks🐾. Loved this video, so cute and fun to see all the doggies
What an awesome idea guys and a very creative way to celebrate the fact that your area is very dog friendly. Would have been a very interesting day chatting to all the owners and would have been hard to remember all their names..LOL Giving you some Aussie feedback....We have a similar store to your home Depot and it's called "Bunnings", very similar and it's definitely some where you can take you dog and I'm always seeing heaps there. Probably not that exciting for the dog, but at least you don't have to leave them at home while shopping for the do-it-yourself projects around the house :) I even managed to catch the dog right at the end spitting the treat out...Too funny and I guess he didn't want it HAHA
Wow thanks so much for paying attention all the way to the end! The dog spitting out that treat may have been my (Skylar) favorite part of the whole video, and I was wondering how many people would catch it! There were actually a few dogs that refused the treats as I was trying to give the last few away, but I think it was because it was so hot out those dogs had not yet had a chance to cool down in the water. It's interesting to hear that you have a store similar to Home Depot in Australia that also is super dog friendly! Even though we don't have dogs of our own, I think we'd still be more likely to go to a store that does typically have lots of dogs, as it would make the trip a bit more entertaining!
@@Explorcation Yep, I managed to catch the spitting out - I actually had to watch that bit again to see if I saw it properly....LOL...happened very quick! We have had issues over here with the dogs in store. I think the angry dogs spoiled it for the rest that we almost thought it would be banned.
I would love to see how you filmed this. And how you managed to remember all those doggy names. So much work. Hope you got a treat at the end of the day.
Thanks so much, Jeana. We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed this one. We sure hope that Ozzie can overcome his nerves and make it down to Florida with you someday!
You guys are so creative. Never would have expected this segment. Yeah, we have two, a red golden retriever and black lab that was adopted from the Humane Society of Pinellas. Always enjoy seeing where you take us that includes new places to check out for drinks or food. Loved this video. Didn't know Ft. Desoto had a dog beach.
Thanks so much, guys. This was a very different style of video for us but it's always good to try something different and to challenge yourself. We met so many cool people and dogs making this one, and we're really happy that we did it. If your two doggos like to swim, we'd definitely recommend taking them to the Fort DeSoto dog beach someday. Those dogs there were in paradise!
We have a German Shepard/Great Pyrenees mix and his name is Bear. We are going to be staying at the Orlando KOA but it is hard to find daycares that don't require the dog to be spayed/neutered so we have to reassess our extersions to be dog/kid friendly. So thankfully I came across your video so I know where we can visit so that we can bring our dog with us.
We're so happy that you found this video and we hope it helps you and Bear make the most of your time down here in Florida! Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment!
I don't have a dog, but just know that this is a dog friendly place makes me want to visit. I love other people's pups and I would definitely want to visit the dog beach to see the puppers running and jumping in the ocean. So cute.
Aww love this, we both watched and smiled the whole way through. We are both desperate to have a dog but while we’re travelling the world it’s not an option. We do carry a bag of dog treats with us at all times and have literally fed 100s of gorgeous street doggos since travelling through South America (also wanted to adopt them all!) 🐶😍
That's so awesome that you guys carry a bag of dog treats with you! We are gonna have to start doing that from now on too. Such a great idea! It does suck not being able to own a dog, but we sure enjoy meeting other peoples'!
What a fun video! I like dogs okay but prefer the freedom of not being a dog owner. It was fun to see all the places you went, though, and I'm still taking notes to know where to go in St. Pete when I visit in a few months. The view from the Pier is amazing! 🙂
We are right there with you on that one, Rhonda. And yes, you don't have to be a dog owner to enjoy any of the spots we visited, and we would happily return to any of them.
We have a mountain kerr (That’s what the shelter told us, although we call her a food hound), her name is Onyx, referring to stripped rock, because she is brindle. Wish you guys the best, hope everything goes well as you come back to the midwest.
Love your videos guys! We’ve been watching in preparation for our move to St.Pete and now that we’re here we have these amazing ideas on where we can take our fur babies! Domino (12) Mabel ( 7 months) both labs.
We're so happy to hear that our video helped to provide you with some ideas for great spots to take your doggos, Noele! We hope that you are loving St Pete!
Our Home Depot (Portage MI) used to allow dogs, but a dog hating employee got them banned from the store. FORTUNATELY, our local Lowes loves our canine friends AND they are Veteran friendly with some vet benefits.
That's too bad that one employee ruined the fun for everyone. It's great to hear that you can still bring your dog to Lowes though! Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment!
