I diversify my investments.I am blessed with a pension.We got out of debt includinh home.I have a personal 457,Roth IRA,individual investing account.I also have a cash value insurance policy.I use my policy to buy assets and pay it back.I also play ratios in pteciois metals.Educate yourself,nobody cares about your retirement more than you.Most important start and dont touch it until retirment.Happy investing/stacking.

Australia has a 3 pillar system for retirement. The 3 pillars are 1. Aged Pension (means tested and asset tested but excludes your home as an asset) 2. Mandatory defined contributions from employers for ALL workers currently at 11.5% of base salary. (12% from July 2025). AND THE ACCOUNT IS PORTABLE (Called superannuation) 3. Voluntary saving from after tax dollars intyour persnal superannuation account. The system is a TTE System which means we are taxed at 15% for employer contributions, 15% on investment earnings but tax exempt in the retirement phase We do not pay into a social security account. The Aged Pension (from age 67) comes from taxation revenue. Australia is expected to reduce the %of GDP for the Aged Pension from 2.4% in 2024 to less than 2% by 2050. This system started in 1992

You know I believe and good point about the other benefits. Still short term treasuries and corporate bonds don’t have a PUA load of 5-10%. That’s material.
