These were super yummy! The shell portion of this video was recorded night #2 of this meal...and the taco meat was just as yummy as a leftover as fresh accompanied by the freshly made shells! Add extra heat if you want...as is this is not very spicy but very flavorful! Not much harder than packet-made taco meat!
Because of using 90% lean beef there was no grease to speak of in the taco meat! It was juicy and yummy but not dripping orange grease! YUM!
Serve with your favorite toppings! We like fresh guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa!
