@Logan Donnelly I did, but logistically for me it was already a challenge and cost, so even though id like to, its tough to try again, more son on a Thursday 6am flight. I have the refund at least.

I had the pleasure of taking a 7 7 7 - 200 to Santiago Chile from Miami, which is a 8 to 9 hour flight. I sat in row 13, the bulkhead row. The whole experience was amazing and I had so much leg room, compared to my other trips to Chile. Being 6 feet tall this is important to me. The service, food, and drinks were amazing! I can't wait to fly again and I will definitely take the same seats! I did this trip early January 2019.

Thanks for the visual. I fly 2 times a month from DFW to SJU amd now these bulkhead seats are the only ones I sit in. Good value.

In September I flew Dallas to Rome in PE also reserved the bulkhead seat both PE, entertainment, and on board service was AMAZING definitely worth it!

The Super Diamond seat is my favorite AA seat right in front of the reverse herringbone. Took it a few years ago on the MIA-MXP route. The sunset on approach into MIA was beautiful.

I normally fly PE on the westbound portion of trips to Europe, business going east for the sleeper seats. PE is fine for daylight long haul and the price difference is normally quite large. AA PE is good, but not much different from other airlines to/from Europe.

Your visual report its very good with a great cover of the seats in PE and all the features of the seat, videos and internet... but at 10:53 you mention "drinks and buy on board is next" where I recommend you to go deeper and maybe mention all the benefits form PE cabin, because in Main Cabin Extra you will have all drinks for free with the exception of sparkling wine, in addition that the cabin turn the ambient lighting for Business and PE cabin only. Also, people have priority boarding. Thank you for your report.

I fly JFK-BCN-JFK several times a year on a Boeing 777-200ER in Premium Economy and it is well worth the difference specially once you see how crowded basic economy on AA has become...

Great take off vision! Love the engine noise! US carriers are a complete mystery to me. Watching a lot of reviews as I do they are either reasonable or very ordinary ! For such a short flight this looked reasonable! Your video was great !

I think this was a pretty good flight. We will definitely have to get used to that 3-4-3 seating but as long as the product is good then I don't mind. I don't know about you, but I think this cabin (Including Moodlighting) beats Delta's new cabin offered on their A350 and refurbished 777-200ER/LR.

Funny enough, went to LA this past weekend on a 787-9 on both legs! It seems the wide body domestic routes are become more common with AA

DFW - LAX for AA has always been a route you will consistently find wide bodies on. AA also uses the 77W on the MIA -LAX route, ORD-LAX will use a 787, ORD-DFW will also use the 787, PHL - LAX uses the A330, ect. Nothing new here. The DFW to MIA 772 usally travels on to Europe for its next flight. The 772 I took from MIA to MXP was inbound from DFW. Its all about re positioning aircraft, training, and making money.

Michael Chicas I get ya. I travel to Dallas frequently from LAX and always book the wide body flights. They usually have one morning flight and one late afternoon flight. Other than that it’s like 99% A321’s. Around the holidays those the wide bodies flights tend to dry up though.

I've flown in PE on AA from DFW to EZE and think it was a good value. Yes, it is not really mini-business but there is just enough space I can sleep and the food is definitely a notch above economy.

Flew from Dallas to Hawaii on premium economy. YES …. yes it is worth if for nothing else than the extra leg and seat space, we had a meal, snack and free wine .

I flew on AA from DFW-HNL in P/E, I don't know if you consider that long haul though. It was great. I would do the P/E thing (meal service for example) then I would quickly go to economy and compare. P/E got a whole another meal and the atmosphere and crew were so much better. Worth the money. Do you know if the bulk head screen is smaller then the others? I couldn't tell on my flight. Also I got to say when american HAS the IFE, it's amazing

Great video as always! I got the chance to fly on this seat on a domestic flight last November (DFW-Los Angeles). We were originally booked on a Boeing 787-9 but got a last minute equipment swap to a Boeing 777-300ER which was a pleasant experience. Would like to try this someday on a long haul!

American Airlines has its heritage liveries where they paint some planes in that airlines livery that they have taken over. AA has a TWA, AirCal, Us Airways, Piedmont Airlines, America West, PSA, Reno Air, Allegheny Airlines, and the Old American Airlines polished chrome livery. When they first introduced these liveries they also had hertiage liveries on there retro amenity kits . I have a few.
