These are great comfortable jets to fly a long haul on. But man they are LOUDER than all get out if your by the engine...!!! God willing the new 777X's will be far quieter.

Flying is actually kind of fun. Once I got settled in and relaxed I just plugged my headphones in and watched TV. It just felt like forever to get from Tampa to Newark.

I like seeing the marks for Instrument Landing System approaches. 00:00 Fun begins. 13:59 Takeoff roll begins. 14:36 Rotation begins.🗽 🛩

The fan pressure ration on the Trent 800 is much higher than that of the GE90, that's one aspect of the 772 I like more than the 77W.

engine rattle not good

That engine seems weak compared to the GE 90 115B

it is always nice to see a plane take off especially with another one landing in the distance, but 13 minutes of taxiing is just boring.
