I think Michael really missed this type of interviews after thriller. All interviewers became rude to him by bombarding trash questions about his change of skin color, face, why does he do that, why doesn't he do that etc..😳
Yeah. I think on top of wanting to have a mysterious persona, he also stopped doing television for that particular reason. It also seemed like he became more shy the older he got.
I agree. He looked so happy with his brothers. Probably his security blanket at this time. The he looked out for Jackie, “As you can see, he is horse.” Good times.

I want to go to Australia just to see koalas. They are my favourite animal. I was devastated by the wildfires burning & killing 30% of the koala population.
Can we please pay homage to Dick Clark's interviewing skills? He included all of them. Even when he had his back turned to Marlon and Tito, he talked over his shoulder to include them too. I would have given anything to be in the audience with the legends the Jacksons and the legend Dick Clark. He opened his stage to everybody. Also cute that Michael did what big brother Jackie said, lol.

Little that he knew. Michael was going to become the greatest of all time. He asked them if there was anything else they wanted to do since they have accomplished so much. Michael was listening like..... hmmm wait till you see what I have in store for ya'll.
Michael was beautiful he's entire life. My favorite look for him was during this to period between mid to late 70's, when he was between 17-21 years old. What a beefcake!!! #MJ4life
Michael did have on a blue suit like his brothers, when they performed shake your body (DTTG), but changed clothes for his solo performance of push me away.

Wow, just a year after this Michael’s career absolutely sky rocketed!! Don’t get me wrong Michael was famous before the 80’s but man he was really known in the 80’s and still today! I love ya Michael.
Wow!! All the Jackson Brothers were handsome!! Tall, lean but not too slender, with Athletic body types. If you saw them out in public, you would think they played basketball, ran track, played tennis or some other sport. It is amazing that none of them played high school varsity teams or some professional sports. Did they lift weights in private or have personal trainers in the 70s/80s?? No wonder Michael had all that energy!!
Mike had already done most of Off The Wall by this time, and was really looking to distinguish himself from his brothers: check the totally different costume! I wonder how well that went over with the bros.😊 Michael knew that he was on the brink of an adventurous solo career, and I believed that he wanted very much to signal that to them and to his public. This was a great time in history. That show they did in Switzerland was good too. I saw it here on RU-vid.

Going to a Jackson Five concert back in the day was like being at a Beatles concert. The experience was just crazy. Nonstop screaming and the audience participation in singing the songs.
This is 1979. It's amazing that as big as he and the Jackson's were at that time, Michael was nowhere near as big as he would be in 2 or 3 years. He was just warming up. RIP King.
All their afros are messed up...except for Jackie and Tito. Idk what happened to their afros after 1978. They went from big and poofy to looking watered down.
