We flew to Pittsburgh for a show in Wheeling, WV. On the flight up, Southwest let me stow my guitar in an overhead bin. All good. However, on our return trip, Southwest cancelled our flight, causing us to fly on American, who wouldn't let me carry the guitar on the plane. Forced to check my vintage instrument, I was horrified to discover it had been badly damaged in baggage. This is my story, along with some footage/photos of the guitar.
