This is part 2 of our American Canning AT-1 machine. In this video we show you how easy it is to adjust the can height. We frequently have to change from 12 ounce to 16 ounce cans depending on which type of beer we are packaging.
I don't own DO testing equipment, however I took a few cans to a local brewery when I first got the machine and they tested them for me. I don't remember the exact numbers but they were way under the "acceptable limit" The design of the unit is really good for this. The can gets pre-purged with co2, then its filled from bottom up with underlid gassing and the rotation from filler head to lid applicator is really short. I have not seen any signs of oxidation since I purchased this machine. I hope this helps!
