I'll say this much, though we are to pray for our enemies and I do pray for the enemies of America such as Biden, I find it a lot easier to pray for president Trump not just because he's a significantly better man but because he is more likely if anything to be saved before his final breath then Biden and his people. Good post. I am conservative to the core, am voting for Trumps policies, and think Biden has been one of if not the worst president of our lifetime. That being said, behind all that is still a withering human being with loved ones who probably struggle to deal with his daily mental decline.

Neither would have been Abraham Lincoln. He enjoyed dirty jokes, lived with depression, and loved a wife that was a constant burden to him. The letters of Paul are not gospel, and while valuable, there are many teachings in them that don’t agree with the teachings of Christ. Most of those teachings are “rules” established for the early church. Just making this point because there is a vast difference between the character required for a church leader and a president, and I would say that the character required for president is much more difficult to achieve than the character for a church leader. A church leader is largely unbothered by outside influence and prejudice. A president standing for truth is persecuted by the world, and the good ones are often murdered when public ridicule fails to do the job of destroying them.

God is in the process of judging America. Repentance is the answer.

Sounds to me like you're not taking anything serious. How is your spiritual life? Do you take that serious? Whether you realize it or not, what's going on in America is a spiritual attack against the Christian Church. Attacks on Christian Churches rose by 50 percent. I'm not telling you who to vote for. I'm just informing you on what's going on and how serious this is.

I think it's perfectly ok to only vote in local elections and local policies...certainly in this cycle. To say one candidate has greater biblical grounds is ridiculous.

I think that when given the choice to act in a moral way, we have a responsibility as Christians to do so. A vote for Trump is more important and impactful than no vote at all. It could be argued no vote necessarily makes victory for Biden more certain which is certain death for countless unborn children. I pray you and all of us as believers will act on the right decision.

Who is the lesser of evil? Scripture tells us all men are evil. Regardless of how we vote, God is in control of it all. Romans 13:1 Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Has an American with any election-Mayors, Governors, City Council, Presidents etc when we vote we are deciding who is going to use our tax dollars and what they use them on. I will vote for the one who supports and believes life begins in the womb. Currently there are six pro-life activists that were found guilty in federal court after being prosecuted by Biden's DOJ under the FACE Act for protesting outside a Nashville abortion clinic on March 5, 2021 What was their crime?? Praying and singing hymns, they now face a maximum of 11 years and will be sentenced on July 2, 2024. Yes, Pray for these people, but are we not called to help them too?
