Disclaimer: Can you defend yourself as a convicted felon? Yes you can! Take it from someone who's been there/done that! Please check your local and state laws before deciding to carry anything that can be considered a weapon. Please be aware that written law and practiced law are two different things. The US Constitution strictly and clearly protects the rights of all (including felons) to keep and bear arms (written law). However, the law in our once great Nation is now enforced differently and the Constitution is no longer respected (practiced law). In modern America, you have no rights! Law Enforcement officers serve only to continue stripping away the rights of individuals, slowly and steadily transferring power from We The People into the hands of the now over-powerful government (via the ever-growing police state). The "black powder firearms" in this video are non-functioning replicas shown only for dramatic effect, they have never been functioning weapons and never will be. Anything shown in this video that may resemble a weapon is simply a movie prop, any commentary or advice given is acting done by experienced professionals. Nothing that appears in this video is real, it's cinematography and editing. People, places, and things are fictional, this video is purely entertainment. Don't try this at home, don't try to be like Bone Tactical. Ever. You wouldn’t survive. Nothing in this video can be in any way construed as a recommendation, legal advice, or an admission of guilt. We are not lawyers, simply byproducts of a broken system. Take everything you see & hear with a grain of salt.

I am in law enforcement. I feel that if someone is convicted of a crime. Did the time. And now a free person. One should be able to have all rights restored at no cost to the person. As long as no more convictions.

One major trouble with the so-called "justice" system in this country is if you ever make a mistake, in so many cases it is impossible to redeem yourself with passage of time and a record free of similar mistakes. It is like a sadistic lifetime of punishment.

Everyone loves the “I’m your Huckleberry” shirts. I agree, great scene! Too bad it’s always misquoted. He says “I’m your Huckle bearer.” The handles on a coffin are called huckles. He was saying that he would be carrying his enemy’s coffin/casket.

I just did a stupid amount of research based on your comment. You may be correct and you make a lot of sense but apparently the phrase was common in the old west. Telling someone you’d be their Huckleberry meant you were game, the person they were looking for. Mark Twain wrote Huckleberry Finn three years after the OK corral shootout but Huck was introduced three years earlier in the book Tom Sawyer. Huckleberry Finn was always ready for trouble or in trouble but to your point Doc Holliday was an educated man from Georgia and certainly would have known what a huck was . Anyway I’m rambling I enjoyed your comment, thank you.

Solution for felon home defense: 1. Black market 2. Don't carry it on person 3. Keep it well hidden in your home in case cops come with a search warrant. Yet, have it easily accessible at night in case of a home invasion. As for your carry defense, carry a pepper spray or a cap and ball revolver. You are entitled to defend yourself and your loved ones, felon or not.

Perhaps it might be on the horizon. Democrats everywhere in America go on and on about restoring felons’ voting rights and other rights. Won’t be too much longer until one of those felons calls them out on it. Then comes that awkward question, “How come you trust me to vote and choose the leaders of my community, state, and nation, but not own a gun to protect myself and my family?” Should be amusing watching their response.

I am a convicted violent felon. I knew what I was doing and chose to do what I did for someone I love. I was in the Army at the time and that really hurt my case by adding years to my sentence. When I turned myself in after helping my people and was just put in a holding cell the police lieutenant on duty came in and said he wanted to shake my hand. I asked why and he said thank you for not hurting any of my men and I understand why you did it but being a vigilante is still a crime. The prosecutor offered me a good deal at 15 years do 7 1/2 that I took but the judge threw it out and gave me 5 minutes to decide on 18 years, with 2 suspended, do 9. I took it because by the law, the law I chose to break, even with a jury I would have got 20 years do 10. By the way I used the cheapest, $20, stun gun I could find as the primary weapon. There were 4 of them and one of me. The training and knowledge from my 8 years in the Army were used primarily to not harm anyone anymore than absolutely necessary. In my state of Indiana felons are allowed to receive a maximum of 1/3 in time cuts from their prison sentence so 1/3 of 9 years is 3 years worth of time cuts I earned leaving me with 6 years in prison and only then could I request to modify what was left. I learned the law, wrote my own modification and have now acted as my own attorney 3 times and got exactly what I deserved, which is zero. My paupers lawyer on my way into prison I saw once even though I tried everything to communicate with him he just didn't have any time for me. The lawyer sitting with me when the judge threw out the procecutors deal and gave me 18 years had been a lawyer for 6 months. At this time I, and many felons, can no longer be pardoned by my governor nor the president. This new law reform came about around 3 years ago. I can not have this hidden, expunged or modified in any way forever. There are a lot of ways to still protect myself or my people. Here's the real kick in the nads though, convicted felons are not allowed any type of body armor or helmet. I can't even wear a bullet proof vest. Even if I were to modify or create my own vest or other similar protection only device it still counts like making my own gun. Crossbow also out of the question. So don't laugh but a $6 wrist rocket sling shot and the ceramic ammo you can buy with it is very effective. Lol. Seriously I carry a $5 bought at a yard sale telescoping baton 18'' long and I have had to use it more than once. This is a weapon that requires knowledge and training because it can easily kill someone with any head blow. This type of weapon should only be used for body blows. America is now the joke of the "free" world. At this time 30% of Indiana residents are under some form of government control. Seriously. Most states are the same way with a very large percentage of it's population under direct control of police, probation or "community corrections." How the hell have WE THE PEOPLE allowed this to happen???? So my 10 years of Honorable service with an honerable discharge from the Army and my bachelor's degree from Purdue University means little to nothing.. When I get pulled over by the police they run my name and then it's on, every single time. 3-4 squad cars, police dog and a never ending fight for my rights that I have left ensues. Thus far after 10, yes 10, pullovers in 18 months for ostensibly doing something wrong while driving I have received no tickets, no warnings, and they (police) have never got me out of my vehicle. They also lied 10 times to pull me over because the reasons the police had given me for pulling me over I told them they were incorrect and I call them on their lie, very respectfully, every single time and say no I do not consent to search or seizures of any kind for any reason and ask if I am being detained which all adds up to putting everything on the police officer if he were to detain me because now his lie to pull me over must become truth somehow their whole case falls apart. Sorry for this long comment but damn, 17 years ago is how long it's been since my B Felony crime I committed. Life is what we all get with any Felony charge and what happens to America and it's people, even the ones without any charges, is an extreme example of the Butterfly Effect.

I personally carry a very large blade with a lanyard to secure it on my hand, and tactical pepper spray 25 ft range the most powerful I could find, I've neutralized ppl 2 or them were armed with guns but I was faster because I will know when a perp is carrying a gun, 99% give themselves away with simple tell signs, I don't carry because I just have a personal dislike to guns, I grew up surrounded by guns and mobsters, I had already a wisdom at an early age that most teens don't have, I've defended myself very well all my life no gun needed, I lived in Chicago most of my life, that's the most violent city in the world I can say, Iraq is safer, but having alternative methods of defense and exercising common sense has served me great, never been robber or shot in my life, not for lack of criminals trying, so in my opinion you don't need to feel bad because you can't own a gun, getting the proper self defense training is a must, so you learn to control your emotions and therefore you'll act effectively 2nd don't what the media portrays > like> the guy was just minding his own business and all the sudden he shot, 98% of that narrative if plain in and simple BS lies... when a person gets shot there's something going on, or when their love ones get shot, yes ppl get hit with stray bullets like in other country that guns are owned by citizens ...but again not at the rate the media wants to portray, not by far 98% of the times that bullet has a name written on it.. and family members although innocent are targets as well...per USA population> 69% of the population doesn't own a gun, 30% does... and there's 1% that wouldn't mind but still don't own one... so yeah is the media that makes it all a hype and are fear mongers / as if you don't own a gun you'll die.... and that's hogwash... and i'm a defender and firm believer of our 2A rights but because our 2A amendment rights go far beyond of only owning a gun... is our freedom period...

Scott - I was building big display fireworks at home as a hobby, I had too much explosive powder, some illegal chemicals, several high-explosive fireworks mortar charges, and my stuff was stored illegally. I guess I'm fortunate my felony is federal. I got pulled over 2 weeks ago for expired registration. I asked the cop out of curiosity "do you see my felony when you pull up my info?" He said "no," not normally, but he does have the capability to pull it up, but never would. He said it really doesn't concern him since it's federal, unless I was carrying something illegal for a felon. I had a court-appointed attorney for my case, and I got one of the best federal lawyers in that city! He communicated with me every time I asked & visited me several times. My case was easy though, since it was so obvious what I did, I just pled guilty, wrote & read a really nice, honest letter to the judge at sentencing, & got a year & a day when facing 3-5 years! You generally can't win against the feds anyway. It did help that my lawyer & the judge used to practice law together & were friends. The lawyer really fought for probation and even told the judge what a great, honest person I was! So, my case is opposite of your's, I had a great lawyer and 3-4 cops won't show up to a traffic stop! I also feel very fortunate to be able to carry a small black powder revolver as a felon. I'm honestly surprised this is allowed, and they're not even considered firearms! As an aircraft mechanic it's a little bit harder to get work but I've managed to land a career at the world's largest defense contractor working on fighter jets! When they pulled my background check they asked me for details instead of just saying "NO! We don't hire felons!" When they found out my crime wasn't a big deal they hired me. It does help that it's the only thing on my record.

I know how u feel. 23 years ago a drunken man physically attacked my wife. I punched him 1 time which broke his jaw amd when he fell down he hot his head on the concrete putting him a coma. Eventually after being threatened with a large amount of jail time (even though it was my first arrest and only arrest since) i pleaded to felony assault. I was young and scared of not being avle to watch my 2 year old son grow up. The sentence was time served and no additional jail time, and 5 years probation. This has ruined my life. So many doors have been slammed in my face. If i knew now what i didn't back then there is no way i would have plead out. They give out felonies like hotcakes. I did not use a weapon and i was defending myself and wife after this man assaulted my wife and swung at me. 30 seconds changed my life.

I hear ya! I'm also a felon for something I swear I'm a family's life I didn't do! An ex-girlfriend accuse me of hitting her when all I wanted to do was leave her cuz I couldn't take her manipulative and narcissistic ways anymore! The night I tried to leave she locked me out of the house from getting my stuff and call the cops saying a beat her up! Which Is one of the biggest things I've been against my whole life and would never do! Then to be accused of it really hurt! But anyways she even went in and recanted her story telling them it didn't happen Cuz she thought maybe that would get me to talk to her again! Which I still wasn't going to talk to her cuz she just tried to ruin my life with a lie! Smh! Well after that the courts decided to take it in their own hands anyways and proceed with trying prosecuting me anyways! Well after a couple years of going to court I ended up getting pushed into taking a plea agreement that if I stayed out of trouble it would be a misdemeanor! Even though I really wanted to fight it Cuz I was innocent But the lawyer I had made it sound like I could really get screwed! Well I ended up screwed anyways cuz towards the end of my DPA I made a mistake with a pretty minor violation and they revoked my DPA then charge me with a felony! Smh! Probably would have helped if I could have afforded a good lawyer! But either way it was all still b******* and now I absolutely have no trust in court systems or cops! It really sucks cuz I grew up around guns my whole life and always use them responsibly! Hunting with them and shooting competition was a big part of my life and now I can't enjoy doing them things anymore!

@@nfreson I have no physical disability. I was the driver of an M6 linebacker (tracked vehicle with a turret) doing route reconnaissance in Baghdad, Iraq on route arrows off of MSR Tampa. I was driving the third "tank" in a convoy. We had to drive through a few large craters from previous explosions because they were so big that we couldn't go around them. As soon as my vehicle was in the bottom of the largest crater on the road an insurgent remote detonated, using det cord attached to a blasting cap, two 155mm artillery rounds buried in the concrete rubble in the bottom of the crater. First two vehicles were used as markers to time the explosion for accuracy and it was a direct hit right under my ass. others soldiers I knew have died or lost their legs doing the same route, one only a few days before I was blown up. It knocked me unconscious but I was completely unscathed on the outside. all the metal beneath me and around me was twisted and warped and it's an actual miracle that I am still alive by the grace of God. . It was many years later, after years of struggling to cope and ignoring the prominent changes that it had on me mentally. Earlier on fainting, headaches, delusions, vertigo, depression and anxiety and panic attacks but now mostly just a lot of delusional thoughts. I deployed and had the accident in 2005, 8 years later in 2013 was when I went to the VA to get testing and evaluations done. On paper I'm rated as 100 percent permanent and total mentally disabled with the diagnosis given as PTSD. Off paper it's acknowledged that I have a traumatic brain injury, and various other coexisting mental problems. The TBI was caused from the force of the concussion of the blast being so powerful. My 30 ton tracked vehicle was lifted completely off the ground, the tracks ,ramp, and hatches were all blown off. But yes, to answer your question it is the restrictions placed on the mentally ill that's in the Brady law that prevents me from being able to legally posses a gun. Same law that applies to felons. I understand why it would be concerning for me to own a firearm though, but also I'm capable of putting extra protective measures in place that would limit my access to it to avoid an accident during a psychosis, I am the safest person I know when I comes to gun safety. I was a MOUT instructor training gun safety to soldiers and police officers for years.

You’re opening statement may seem like a “rant” to those who have never been through the system. But once you’ve faced the system, every person is Shocked by how it’s nothing like the movies. LOL Nobody cares about your case or who you are, not the judge, jury, DA or even your own lawyer. Your own lawyer wants the case to drag on to bill you more, and make more money. It’s overloaded, extremely expensive to defend yourself and your entire life gets put on hold, as you live in limbo never knowing what the outcome will be.
@joecascade5105
@joecascade5105 3 года назад
'Limbo' is a Catholic concept of a place between Heaven and Hell right? Like in the 'waiting room at the doctor's office'. Agreeing to U.S. citizenship is a social contract, voidable by YOU if the other 'agreed' partner (your chosen administrators) fail to uphold the contract. I experienced the court, motor vehicle services and the insurance industry running a scam on a 20 yr. old, MYSELF. A D.W.I. ticket, though I was not driving. Today I find myself grateful to have learned a bit about the nature of greed in our society. Volunteering to associate with any "public" employee, in any capacity, automatically instills in me ' reasonably low expectations' regarding their ability to produce anything of 'economic value'. Traditionally , their role is to seperate my money from my wallet and put it into their wallet.

This is important. This shit is getting out of control. I truly believe that if you are arrested for even a simple mistake the ANTI-GUN ANTI-2ND AMENDMENT MENTAL CASES have very quietly for a long time now have been sneaky and slimy enough to understand that they can slither around your God given right to bear arms and protect yourself and your family by seeing that should you EVER get arrested for even a simple misdemeanor charge that they find a way to add five more charges, Threaten to sentence you to an incredible amount of time should you DARE to ask for a trial of your peers. Instead of your constitutional rights WILL offer you "a deal". You plead guilty to the charges and receive NO PRISON TIME but one of the "additional " charges will be Upgraded to a Felony charge that you NEVER even committed and to save the "court's time and money " plead guilty to the charges and receive probation for a month, meanwhile your shaking in your boots, cause you'll probably be found guilty and sentenced to 10, 20, years . You accept that offer from the mental case's who are anti gun anti AMERICAN TRAITORS. They have been successful in keeping one more American citizen FROM THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO BUY AND EVER POSESS A FIREARM AND ANY OTHER THING THEY DEEM DANGEROUS, " Like the knife or screwdriver in your toolbox . Sorry for this book. But this is real and it's one more way they continue to attack our nation and 2nd AMENDMENT rights to bear arms. It's been happening for a long time now. These tactics are effective and happening Every single day ~

Canadian. We've had a number of red flag laws here for many years. My liberal dad disapproved of my ownership of firearms because he does not believe civilians should be allowed to own firearms. Despite me not living with him, he demanded I get rid of my firearms, and when I refused to relent, he effectively swatted me by filing a false police report about violent threats. Despite there being no evidence of me making threats, it took five years to get my firearms license and confiscated firearms back.I got it all back late last year, and the moment he found out from my brother, he did the exact same thing again. The process is going a lot quicker now since the lockdowns were the main reason for the delays. But I fear he's just going to keep doing this and I have zero recourse.

One thing I learned a long time ago when I got my first felony it does not matter if you are guilty or innocent especially in the state of Texas if you are charged with something 99% of the time they are going to offer you a plea deal and rather you did this shit or not the plea deal is all you're going to get so even if you're 100% innocent you're still going to end up having to sign some sort of plea deal and take a much less charge even though you are innocent, district attorneys are like professional fighters, all that matters is how many wins they have and they don't give a fuck about you or your being innocent. Reduce the charge offer the plea deal and make you think that you're getting some sweetheart deal because they're letting you out of jail and let's just face it if you've never been down that road before you are going to be absolutely terrified and you're going to sign off on anything just to get them to leave you the hell alone. I really really think that in American Public School Systems they need to teach people about the law and what their rights are.

Nobody's free anymore people have signed over every rights we did have for a promise of safety they can't provide hell you ask for permission to own a car, oh yeah they want you to register it also for tracking, let's talk about how you have to pay taxes on a home you own, do you pay taxes on a loaf of bread you bought 4yrs ago? No? Well if you don't thier gonna take your home and land and sell it for pennies on the dollar to someone who will pay taxes on it, let's go into kids right well if you don't like what thier teaching them and keep them home to teach em yourself be expecting a visit from law enforcement or cyfd because you allowed your kids to be "truant" and now thier gonna throw you in jail to take one of these plea deals your talking about. See the point is every single American is responsible in one way or another of why the government has thier say in every single aspect of our lives now. The only law we should be obeying at this point is the part of the constitution that talks about tyrannical governments they gave them the power to do. The only 2 options at this point is overthrow and install a new government who listens to the what the public wants or submit and shut the fuck you know what the answer is since people vote for shit without actually reading what thier voting for and hoping the government doesn't fuck them instead

I support that after a person who has been convicted of a felony(s), who has served their court ordered criminal sentence of jail or prison time, who has successfully served their probation/parole & all court ordered sanctions & restrictions & who are officially out of the justice system & free of the justice system be eligible to have ALL their U.S. constitutional civil rights restored including their 2nd amendment right to own, purchase, possess, use & keep all legal firearms-ABSOLUTELY, PERIOD! It should be a right for ALL U.S. citizens to have their full constitutional rights restored after they have fully served their criminal sentence & sanctions & be considered that they have FULLY paid their debt to society! Being a so-called ex-felon should be just that, an ex-felon after one is out of the justice system. One should be able to fully gain their life back & continue on at some point after criminal wrong doing & punishment!

For constitutional carry: State and federal constitutional carry laws need to go beyond compromise. In Georgia, current proposed constitutional carry legislation making exception to prohibit guns from felons does not differentiate felons convicted of non-violent crimes & mere gun possession offenses from those felons convicted of violent crimes. This weakness in drafting tends to bend the law such that society is further divided on grounds of economics, race and national background, lowering opportunity for passage of general constitutional carry. Furthermore, if a felon is not trustworthy with a gun, then how can one imagine allowing such a person probation or parole? So then, regarding even persons convicted of violent crimes, if the parole board and victim's families truly believe the person can be trusted with a gun, Yes, give that person probation or parole. Otherwise, don't put a felony restriction on anyone--leave it to the parole boards and victims' families, etc. That cleans up the constitutional carry to be a right of each of us so that issue of screening or checks becomes moot. Further, don't make prison time a for-profit affair, a source for slave labor (convict leasing), because that also weighs on society, depressing everyone's incomes and increasing likelihood of false felony (including false violent felony) convictions, based on corporate need for cheap labor. keywords: World Security Act, world district, worlddistrict122

I inherited some old powder pistols from my Wife's grandpa along with other guns. Never even pulled the black powder guns out. They are old, derringers, rifles with a rotating loader, and others I really have never paid any attention to. Trying to learn how to do this.

Just because you are labeled a felon doesn't mean you are one. We all make mistakes and have the ability to better our lives. Sadly, the US Prison system is privately owned and all about making money. You have to pay to be in jail in my state.

I got a felony for selling weed when I was twenty years old to an undercover cop, and now Marijuana is legal. Now that's a slap in the face... And I only did weekends at the jail under the youth act... But this felon is forever.

Mr. Bone, I am very thankful to have found your channel. I live in Rockwall, Texas where my attorney has assured me that I cannot possess anything that contains a projectile. Truthfully, I don't know who to trust anymore here in Rockwall County. I do have a question for you, though. At the end, when you are loading your cap n ball, why did you load your patch after the projectile? My previous research indicated that it would go before the projectile or not at all. Just curious. I understand if it is just your preference. You are a great inspiration to me, and I plan to join the team.

Again, upon completion of parole/probation, there are only a couple of states that DON'T reinstate your right to vote and jury sit. The civil liberties NOT automatically reinstated are the 2nd amendment, and the right to hold public office. Depending on your offences, and how long ago they were, may mean just a court fee and a petition to that court. PLEASE make the time to do some reading! I am in the process of also. Whats yours is yours! And its written my man, but its not going to be handed to you. Go fukkin get it !!

You don’t need a lawyer. I was convicted of 4 felonies when i was 18 I’m now 39... 2 years ago I got my gun rights back and my ccw. I live in VA “ Commonwealth state” strictest gun laws and the creator of the automatic five years of a felon possessing a firearm... so you can def get them back just do some research about your state. Anyone in VA I’ll be more then happy to help you and guide you on what you have to do... total cost was less then $150... again I had no lawyer

Not a felon but might as well be one because I'm in the military and the government decided to trust a civilian off of allegations that proved to be untrue, over their own service members protecting the country and the written doctrine of the constitution. Now I have a protective order against me from my respondent, and since I am a federal employee, they flagged me from having any ownership of a "firearm" for atleast 3 years over lies and false allegations. I have weapons, am skilled and knowledgeable enough to defend myself against an attacker with a pencil if I have to, and most of all I am patient enough to look for loopholes, grey areas, and work arounds. I cant imagine what being an actual convicted felon would be like, I really feel for yall. On behalf of those that serve and those that believe in the written constitution, I commend and applaud you for your service for this great video and advice. Thank you and keep up the great work! Edit: as a servicemember who is expected to go to war, and risk my life for corrupt policies and corporations, I can honestly say the once great nation is at its worst. So much for serve and protect your country, serve and respect your community. True freedom is dead. Lets all say a prayer to the false god known as government. In memory of a country once dignified and respected. Amen.
