Isn't he bulletproof too? I always think back to the episode where he mugs Jeff in their upstairs hallway. Jeff shoots him so many times lol It's not really bulletproof cause he still gets hit lol. I guess he doesn't die when he gets shot.
He can also easily break an human skull with his mouth to eat his victim's brain, as he did with Jeff. And also can create a clone of said victim afterwards.
But all of Roger’s species can do that we know his people also have the electricity thing but those are just two powers Roger has that aren’t unique to him
In previous episodes roger survived extreme cold, being set on fire, and losing a majority of his body yet somehow in one episode Stan almost choked him to death in a matter of seconds

The super speed explains almost everything about his personas he literally moves so fast he almost stops time. Thats why he has so many important personas going on at once

He has said that he can’t survive being beheaded, so perhaps his brain can survive extended periods of time when connected to his spinal cord. Maybe severing the spinal cord is one of his weaknesses. That and being nice to people.

He can stand upside down, transfer his memories, be on fire, has super speed, can’t freeze, has strong legs, can breath water, can make pee rainbows, and can’t get memory wiped. Can be electrified,and can kill and bring them back to life
Sounds like his species used to be semi-aquatic. Thick blubber in his midsection to stave off cold and insulate heat, long arms and short legs with flat, wide feet for ample locomotion in water, kinesis for communication in places where verbal interaction isn't viable -- it almost all fits. ...Ba-Dum Bum
One of his biggest powers you see throughout the entire series is his ability to trick everyone with his disguises. He even has one disguise for each family member. Roger is amazing and he’s one of my favorite characters lol
So rogers race must be like a prey species on a SUPER harsh gas giant or something. He is amphibious He has bioelectricity (a feature mostly found in prey species as defense) He is fast He has regeneration He can self reproduce
Electric eels can actually hunt with their bioelectricity and sharks have their electric field sensing abilities so it's not uncommon in predators either.
You forgot, he can float AND tolerate what is assumed, a considerable amount of received gaseous expulsions (I.e farting on himself) when having someone on top of him while floating, for what it seems many days or weeks. No chemical corrosion or decomposition 🤣

Tbh roger has a level of toonforce and reality warping as well. The shennanigans he pulls are just crazy. Nothing bugs bunny or popeye level but still wild.
Roger survived a point blank explosion when he was using a chainsaw on the wing of a plane. That should count as a power, surviving an explosion and a huge fall 😂 (The episode when he admitted he used steroids to with a hockey match) Then there's also rebirthing people (he ate Jeff's brain and rebirth him as a human) Also giving life (Rogu)
So according to these scenes Roger's powers are the following: -He's fireproof -Extremely fast -Has immense leg strength -Can travel through dreams -Has incredible regenerative abilities -Can cling to ceilings like a bat -Has electric tendencies, which would explain how he survived being electrocuted -He can poop solid gold that's studded with various jewels -Is immune to his own species' memory erasing technology -Can survive in horribly cold temperatures -He can breathe underwater and swim pretty good -Can create miniature rainbows made from his urine when he's extremely happy
I also believe that when he’s doing personas his body is able to alienate his life from his persona so no matter how the persona dies Roger himself won’t die
Creating Roger's character with a whole bunch of outer space powers was one of the best script ideas ever! That way, every time something weird or impossible shows up in the show they won't need to put in the effort to fill in the plotholes. The writers can just say "Oh! That's just one of Roger's alien powers!" No big deal!
