Always have loved and looked up to my Uncle Chuck. He is an outstanding human being and if it weren't for him, I would not be applying to ADF this year.
We, Asase-Yaa, hosted a master class with Baba Chuck after 2014 BAM Dance Africa, it's a shame that people weren't spilling out of the building. Baba Chuck is a living Legend o. the performing arts world as well as an esteemed elder in the cultural community at large
and Baba Chuck is certainly loved in Pittsburgh. The Legacy Arts Project has hosted Dance Africa: Pittsburgh since 2010 and I am so honored to have learned much about dance, culture, and self through my time spent with him. He is an amazing being and a tremendous mentor and we have been humbly touched through his presence. Peace and blessings!

I love seeing this vintage clips of Baba Chuck dancing. but the music sounds cryptic like he has passed away.. As far as I know, he is alive. Please change the music from the moody stuff to something more reflective of his personality. But the footage is glorious.
