Fascinating. Ambassador Burns gives an excellent overview of the diplomatic processes. He modestly stresses his own shortcomings, gives both good and bad rationales for many of our policies during his tenure and gives us a fair perspective on our current diplomatic situation. His nuance, intelligence and perspicacity are exemplary.
