"She always seemed more of an archangel type"... where??? Where??? Where was this even suggested??? Lmao. I won't say you're reaching because I thought too that's the route they'd go but it was never ever ever infered so to say she "seemed" like it... where?
I wish they would've just made her like an angel or something. As much as i love her becoming the new supreme, i hated how it made Cordelia's reign so short
@@gerabitavci7958 the new antichrist is even stronger so Cordelia still gonna die and Mallory reverse time to when she first met Cordelia so Cordelia is not gonna survive longer
I honestly think Mallory is the reincarnation of Hecate! Hecate is the Goddess of Witchcraft and seems like it could be the base of Mallory's character! I think she isnt only a supreme but the goddess of witchcraft because Hecate believed that nothing ever truly dies, that everything is energy that gets passed onto the next.
Hecate is an Ancient Greek goddess of the underworld as well. She's the protector of the crossroads, lights and dark, witchcraft, the knowledge of healing, spirits and necromancy. She was one of the most power Goddesses too.
Since we know Mallory has considerably impressive abilities, we have to assume that whatever she is, it's powerful enough to pose a threat against the Antichrist and his "new world." Which makes the idea that Mallory is actually an angelic, Christ-like foil to Michael even more probable.
I really, really think that Mallory should have been the Daughter of God himself. And if there's gonna be an antichrist, Mallory should have been the reincarnation of the Messiah and there should have been dozens of angels and archangels involved in ahs apocalypse. Also I think She should have been the reincarnation and the embodiment of the Greek Goddess Hecate as well.
In coven hecate is called mother of Angels . The witches should have atleast being descendants of the watchers . Nephelims . Or just have Mallory as an angel/supreme.
Why did people hate this season so much? The ending? I thought the ending was clever. And to combine coven and murder house and make an end of the world season with witches, warlocks, time travel, and the damn devil is just crazy and I love it. Not to mention how criminally underrated coven is, when in reality it’s one of the best seasons.
The premise was great and there were incredible moments. The only part of the season I loathed was the ending. Mallory should've killed Michael in a much better way. The time travel was cool, but I feel like they could've handled that ending better.
@@roseaesthetics2017 EXACTLY. They missed a big opportunity to have Mallory absolutely squash Michael with magic and have an epic battle bordering on anime power levels of ridiculousness
@@GetWellSoonR.E.M. Right? All the build up between Mallory and Michael's abilities gone to waste, I thought they would battle in the end. Imagine the Alpha Sorcerer vs The Supreme :///
I think Mallory's magic was stronger than Cordelia, or any other supreme, because of the bad was coming. The universe was trying to balance itself, I think. I wondered too, if Cordelia was just on borrowed time, if her powers came to her because her mother was a Supreme too, that a new chosen one would come quicker to surpass her than other past Supremes.
Somehow I agree with your point, it seems like the Supremacy itself has its own consciousness and choose a witch with magical abilities powerful enough to rival the threat at that time.
I think that seems likely. Fiona got cancer which, in a way, she was cancer for the coven. Cordelia was the opposite of her mother, she brought the witches together, had them all come out and come to the school to be trained and taught which would mean that, looking back now, all the witches needed to be "awakened" to contend with the great evil that was coming. If we do believe that the power of the Supreme is an "entity" itself (for lack of a better word), it needed Mallory to come out of the shadows, to be on par with the powerful evil that came and if they ever do bring the witches back (for a final time) Mallory being the Supreme would make sense if there is another great threat lurking. I just hope that next time around, they combine the powers of Salem and voodoo and call on the goddess/spirits of both religions to battle it, but that might break the CGI budget.
She had powers they never even heard of which makes me believe she was more than just a witch... I mean even girls who had special powers that weren’t in the seven wonders like Queenie and her voodoo doll powers, Nan being clairvoyant, and Cordelia and her premonitions, Coco and her ability to detect danger/count calories, Mallory had exceptionally unique powers.. things that even the witches didn’t believe was possible... I believe her powers had something to do with time which is why she could time travel the same way she made the deer a baby again, (time) that and the fact she was the only one powerful enough to defeat/stand up to Michael even before she was the supreme
Mallory isn't a angel, she is a rlly strong witch. And people think she is a angel because she can ressurect but that's just a witches spell. Almost everybody can di that.
A lot of people in the comment section are saying that Mallory has to be something "more" than a witch. Of course she is! She descends from a family of Jedi who are ancient space sorcerers. 🙃
Supreme Mallory's great powers in display, including three of the seven wonders: Magic surgery: 1:19 Pyrokinesis: 0:18 Spellcraft: 0:25, 1:46 Telekinesis: 0:07 Tempus infinitum: 2:06 Time reversal: 0:51, 1:28 Vitalum vitalis: 1:28, 2:38
I think it would’ve been a neat idea if they did make her a Nephilim. But not just half human half angel. Half WITCH half angel explaining why her magic is so powerful
I think Mallory is Michaels sister, the female baby in murder house survived. She was powerful enough to take him on and pretty much scare him. Just a theory
*Mallory is JUST a Witch! Some of you in the comments are REACHINGGG! It's already been explained that in times of danger the witches can manifest new powers. So, it makes perfect sense that the Supreme, the most powerful witch will manifest the most powerful and rarest ability during the impending doom of the earth.*
They should've made her into some kind of messiah or angel. She literally transmuted the rose into a different lifeform. That's far more than wut a witch could do right? Even a Supreme
My favorite Billie Lourd character. She looks just so pretty in this season 😍 We need one of those one off American Horror Stories where we get to see Mallory actually running the Coven.
Mallory does show a lot of potential as a witch. However, I think the archangel may be a bit of a stretch and being an incarnation of a goddess. Keep in mind that even though they don’t specify what religion or spirituality the coven has, they are goddess oriented. My theory is that the next time the witches appear we will get a deeper explanation and lore surrounding Rhiannon. Even though most modern scholars agree that she may not be a goddess, she was an enchantress, maybe even the first Supreme. Humanity is prized with the witches. I don’t think they would like being told what to do, by an angel, god, or even a goddess.
Mallory is a metaphor for my own life as a healer. I treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in adults who were traumatized as children (pre-five year old trauma). I help find the moment when the original caregiver restricts them from there natural desire creating a panic disorder that blocks selfcare and independence of action (restriction from: food, speaking, water, comfort). They come to me trapped in a death drive of avoidance from that moment of the trauma. I talk them through the memories that lead back to it, and help them to face the pain that allows them to realease it and move on. They heal both psychologically and emotionally as they attach to themselves. In a sense, we together, reverse time by returning to recover the self that was destroyed, damaged. It is interesting how this injury is healed in just a moment once the recognition of the hurt is observed. I find them like a a deer trapped in the headlights that has since been run over. As they heal before me, they become a young doe running off to a better life. -wendy
Queenie is the only witch that can inflict damage on an enemy by harming herself. I mean for the most part they had a unique individual power that wasn’t in the seven wonders.. except Madison and Misty... I don’t see the difference between Mistys power and the fact that the supreme could bring people back from the dead.
@@christinayates2496 well for the record, the only reason why they gained multiple powers outside the 7 wonders is because their coven was at stake. As what Cordelia said that their powers are actually spiked when a coven is in grave danger of being extinct. So Mallory's power is an innate ability. As for Misty's power she can pull people or any living thing from limbo as long as they have their physical body as what she also does when she dies, she can pull herself back from any danger as long as her physical body is intact and she doesnt even need to use the spell to bring them back.
@@michaelj1729 So is that why Queenie and Nan had powers that weren’t part of the 7 wonders? Misty Day... or what about Bubbles McGee surely their coven wasn’t under attack the entire time since Bubbles’ youth to read minds.... Their powers spiked when they were under threat... Mallory simply had some type of time traveling gift among many other talents
I also find it funny how Mallory could bring back a pile of Ashes from the dead.. but when Madison died Misty was saying “I can help you dig a hole.. there’s too much death inside her” (even tho she did bring her back)
Misty had the power of resurgence, which involved returning one's soul to their body. If there is no body, she can't do it. Mallory has... hell I don't know what she has lol, but it's freakin' incredible.
I don’t thing she’s a witch at all. She must be something “special” like a Hecate’s daughter or something like that cause that power isn’t normal even for witches... I mean Supremes finds their skills around theirs 20’s, and Mallory is not even 16 on my opinion and she can do literally whatever she wants. Think about it🤷🏽♂️
In American Horror Story: Apocalypse, Mallory holds powers beyond the great Supreme's and any other witch that has entered Ms. Robichaux's Academy. Portrayed by Billie Lourd of Scream Queens, the young witch plays an integral role in stopping the apocalypse with her extraordinary talents.
Yes! Take 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil everyday. Mix 1/4 baking soda in a glass of water and drink it once you wake up in the morning everyday. Mix 1/2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar with water and drink it before bed every night.
Would have made more sense if she was some kind of angel who reincarnated as a witch to counter the antichrist. Her sudden appearance as such a powerful witch is so out place...
She's the second coming of Christ, would only make sense. God would send his son, or in this case Daughter to battle the anti-christ in the end times. Plus her abilities seem pretty christ like, for example, She not only resurrected that deer but managed to reverse the age of the animal.
What happened to all the other witch students throughout the season... the girls sitting next to Mallory when she turns the flower pedals into butterflies 🦋 .... they just vanished !!
Honestly, Mallory facing off against Michael during the interrogation reminded me a lot of Shachah meeting Sister Mary Eunice (when she’s possessed). Another reason I think she should’ve been an Archangel or was already.
However, we need to remember Mallory powerful magic was coming from Cordelia! Yes she was weak and couldn’t get queenie from hell as a supreme because as the old supreme is dying, the new one is rising
Guys she IS a different life form than a witch. There doesn’t have to be hard proof- it’s implied very explicitly, to the point where we shld just take it for what it is. The writers know, we know, it doesn’t have to be literally said :)
I hated that Cordelia was Supreme for like, 3 years lol. What a shitty deal. I guess Supremes losing their powers when they're old isn't a thing just like every other plot hole they made over the seasons of AHS.
To be honest they probably could have used Fiona during the apocalypse just saying if the brought Marie back they can bring Fiona vs j cuz she would have non of Michales bullshit none .
Fiona was so self centered and was probably so desperate to get out of that hell she probably would’ve made a deal with Michael to stay young, beautiful, and powerful in exchange for all of the witches... but then again Fiona did save the entire coven from the witch hunters so who knows
And plus, jessica didn't want to come back to ahs for a long time, she just helped ryanwith the murder house storyline but she does not have in plans coming back to the ahs universe, so it was impossible to ryan bring fiona back without jessica lange
Esperanza Seléna not really. Michael was the spawn of Satan while Mallory is a mysterious witch that was possibly saved by Fiona and obtained some power from her.
No... That baby would grow up to be a toddler by the time the Apocalypse came then, Michael was rushed to be in his 20's. Mallory was said to be caught floating in her sleep by her parents, which forced her to run and find the academy.
No.... it was only a few years from the time Fiona brought the baby back to life and this... the baby would only be like 5-8 years old (considering it was filmed in 2018 but much of michaels plan happened in the future 2020/2021)
People point out she’s an Angel but forget when Cordelia added a protection spell around the house she lost her powers. Some fans speculate her powers aren’t that holy.
