The new Istanbul Airport is nothing but a massive rip-off shopping centre with a couple of runways thrown in front of it. Not to mention that pilot friends who regularly fly in and out hate it especially in winter due to north-westerlies. But Istanbul is a great city to enjoy =)

It was the craziest travel day(s) for sure, but I'm really thankful that I finally had a chance to come to Turkey. I know the next time I visit, it will be a lot better. Sometimes things happen, but I'm very grateful for how Turkish Airlines did their best to make sure I was safely sent to my final destination. Thanks for watching!
