So true CB! What makes you come alive aligns closely with the idea of ‘purpose in life’ in psychology literature! When we’re living our lives in accord with that purpose, it stimulates strong psychological and physiological effects for us - so important for our health! Finding what the purpose is though can be a journey for some! You’ve found it CB 🙂👍

Traveling makes me come alive, as well as going to music gigs :) Looking forward to go to see Dermott Kennedy in March in Cologne. Happy new year!
