Probably a mix of black and blue with a little red. That's all you typically see in the USA. If you are asking about ratites or if it's a Emu or Rhea then your on the wrong path. This is an ostrich.

I'm interested in this but my concern is the lack of processing plants for ostriches. I mean Emu farming was a fad in the 80's and all those guys went bankrupt.
