Literally say down and watched this doc becuase of you all 3+ hours. It was a really good watch but now I got follow up questions and comments. 1-Hows man go to jail mid documentary? (Mercson) was there then gone like wtf? 2- I had no idea Wretch was technically an old head. He looked so young like late 20's when I first started listening to him a few years back lol. 3-I knew Skepta made beats but I didn't know BBK and him as a producer/person was linked to so many legends so early on. I was watching that section of the doc like who else is gonna show up now like there's so many future legends on one street at the same time. 4-NOLAY her freestyle was crazy I gotta do a reaction to her current stuff I added it to the rotation. 5-That Giggs freestyle jeeze what song is that though? The cat who rapped before and after Giggs was nice too he was talking shit. 6- finally Ashley Waters/Asher D I know him from acting and knew he had a music career but the freestyle he did wasn't that bad and he really started cooking second half of that freestyle. that said it was a really good watch and a good learning tool to see how some of these careers I follow now got started. Grime as a music genre is birthed from our garage/ jungle/ drum n bass/ dancehall, dub & steppes scene. Garage used to be more about the good vibes, but shit got dark and so solid emerged then the grim scene came after it got even darker in the endz

From an technical aspect so far Id have to give it Ghetts as bets lyricist from the UK. You seem to feel how I do when the real rhymers are not bigger or as well known as the pop acts of the genre. However at least in America I know that's because most wont or cant play the game that allows those like a stormzy to get a big name. Is this true with Ghetts will he play the game and do commercial music to get his name up or its all bars or nothing?
