I love Red Dwarf, one of the best ever British comedies.. but he won't get full episodes on youtube so a complete watch through may be better when he starts doing the patreon+upload to google drive thing. Quite possible there's some youtube-safe clips about to tempt him in first, though

ive said this before, you and your partner/gf need to watch the Top Gear specials (not a reaction request). The top gear specials were fking special man. The bolivia, vietnam, middle east(nativity), polar specials stand out but there were more inc the one you've seen a bit of already, the USA special (after hurricaine Katrina). Most of them aired in the christmas period and though we don't celebrate it, the top gear specials were out family get together (as sad as that sounds, but we even my kid sisters were into it).

At the end of Clarkson Island when he says the vast majority of them end up on Dave, he's on about a TV channel that plays repeats of BBC shows and has Top Gear on multiple times a day.

Originally the word Smeghead was a Liverpool Scouse expression / name which was first used on British BBC TV by Graig Charles a Scouser who played Lister in Red Dwarf if the bbc had known what the name Smeghead really ment they would never of alllowed Graig Charles to use it on the show,but they didint graig had a laugh as did every scouser who watched Red Dwarf who then pissed themselfs laughing at the BBC every time he said it
