You don't have to drive fast on the Autobahn. There is a general recommended speed of 130 km/h (when there is no speed limit). In this way the middle lane or the right one is the best for you. Before overtaking it's important to look in the rearview mirror because it could be that a car is flying closer. 🙂

Again..Schnitzel is from Austria and even Croissant. I didn't know that. But i don't know where i have heard it. We invented it. Same lije Kaiserschmarrn. It is not all from Germany!! Wt ?

Na ich weiß nicht, ob man das wirklich so genau sagen kann, dass im heutigen Österreich der erste auf die Idee kam, eine Scheibe Schweinefleisch in die Pfanne zu werfen. Hab mehr so den Verdacht, dass das ziemlich überall gemacht wurde, wo Schwein verarbeitet wurde.
Wiener Schnitzel wird mit Kalbfleisch gemacht. Alles andere sind Schnitzel nach Wiener Art. Schwein,Pute,Huhn,Vegetarisch? Was ist der Unterschied zwischen "Wiener Schnitzel" und einem normalen "Schnitzel"? Nun, das Wiener Schnitzel wird mit Kalbsfleisch, das normale Schnitzel mit Schweinefleisch gemacht. Es gibt viele Geschichten über die Erfindung des "Wiener Schnitzels", die manchmal bis nach Italien reichen. In der Tat war es aber in Wien schon vor 1848 üblich, Fleischstücke herauszubacken. Nirgendwo gibt es so viel Gebackenes wie in der Wiener Küche. Eine Spezialität ist das Wiener Schnitzel in Österreich allemal. Das normale Schnitzel wurde dann eher in Deutschland populär - besonders auch bei den Schwaben. Als billigeres Fleisch, schaffte es das schwäbische Schweineschnitzel zu einer unglaublichen Popularität, die bis heute anhält.
@@Harzer-Rollerfun fact: when Schnitzel was first mentioned, Austria was a part of Deutscher Bund (The German Confederation), if we're talking pre-1866, or even at the core of the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation, if pre-1806. Arguing that Schnitzel isn't German therefore is about as ludicrous as claiming Apfelwein ain't German, because it was first mentioned before 1871...
