In some hotels in Finland you can even get a room that has its own private sauna built into it.

Not all apartments have a sauna in them but those apartment buildings do have a communal sauna that you can reserve for your family. Usually apartment buildings are also grouped together like there are buildings from A to whatever letter matches the number of the buildings. Like in my mom's apartment building you have 1 sauna and on both sides of the sauna you have 1 door to shower space and both of those shower spaces have their own dressing room. So because my mom has reserved the sauna for 1 time a week she can use the sauna space for 45 minutes (during this time if there is neighbor who reserved the time before you they can use the other shower/dressing room) and after sauna you move to your shower/dressing room area for another 45 minutes (and during this time if neighbor after you has reserved a time then it's their sauna time until the next person). And just saying it doesn't really take 45 minutes for sauna or shower but it's nice to have extra time to relax and you don't have to hurry because someone else is coming there. There can also be a day when two buildings of the group have their sauna turned on and then all the males from the building group can use one and the females the other (young kids can go either).

I have never been to a hotel in Finland that doesn't have a sauna. Usually they have one for gents and one for ladies and the operating hours are stated in the little info packet you get when you check in.

Hi again :) Most families to my knowledge do also have a dryer machine, especially the families with children :) About sauna: It has been proven to lower the blood pressure and it really relaxes. Btw. despite being naked, sauna is considered a place of peace, even saint. You don’t t have arguments there and having sex is not common/relevant idea due to the heat. :) :).
