I was actually happy that Ryan didn't understand what was being said sometimes. As a German, I understand American English very well, but British is hard. Especially with dialects. I didn't understand a single word of what the lady who left the helicopter said.

We still commonly (over a certain age, anyway) think of our weight in terms of stones and pounds in many parts of Britain. A stone is a very old measure of weight equivalent to 14 pounds, so for instance 14 stone 4 pounds = 200lbs (90.7 kg). We do use kilos as well but we do not measure such amounts in just pounds, as seems common in the States.

I understand that Ariel "The Generalist" died by committing Suicide not so long ago. It`s a tragic end to a life that laid not in music, but who will ever know what she might otherwise have done and become ? For good or ill none of us are here for the long time. RIP.

Whilst it's easy to take the piss out of Ariel's audition it's also worth mentioning that she obviously had some mental health issues and died in very sad circumstances a couple of years after doing the X Factor audition.

Getting arrested in South Aftica for overdosing on Ketamine and losing her house to pay costs to a poverty campaigner that she accused of vandilising a war memorial. (She admitted she got the accused the wrong person, but refused to apologise..... There is at least 2 WatchMojo videos of the top 10 times she got humiliated for saying stupid things on TV and a video where a RU-vidr pranked her into receiving an award, the name of which I can't say here.... But definitely worth a watch

Those auditions were for real! They genuinely thought they were good enough to perform!! That's why the team were laughing - cos the act was so bad. It's only on Hey Hey It's Saturday that the acts knew they were shocking. Well, mostly.

when you said you were binge watching the chase I hope you meant the uk one, because bradley walsh the presenter for the uk one is an icon and without him the show is just not the same, there are shows that the us has done a better job on like the office, but the uk chase is leagues ahead of any other version made by other countries
