Love this show! I don't understand why people want it cancelled. Sad that a lot of people seem to have lost their sense of humor in exchange for what is politically correct and what isn't. Personally I do not need someone policing my favorite shows. All the complainers seem to forget that they can pick up their remote at any time and change the channel. Great episode!

A Veruca is a wart on your foot. The whole idea is that Cathy is abused emotionally and verbally. She also has bad luck in love too. Oddly enough, it's a good portrayal of a family. Growing up in Germany, you have the guilt, the banter but when time comes, the family stands together against a common enemy.

I'm definitely one who doesn't get 'Only Fools and Horses'. The cockney wide-boy character has never appealed in any show I've watched, and probably because David Jason does it so well, makes me dislike the show even more. He is a brilliant comedy actor, especially in 'Open All' Hours' where he plays a northern, middle-aged, love-deprived shop grocer. Loving 'Mrs Brown's Boys' again, I don't know why it receives so much hate. I think it's pretty unique in having a man play a lead-female role and then the breaking of the fourth wall on many occasions, makes it pretty special in my book.

I had to look it up. Rory's boyfriend had what we would call a plantar wart.

I don't know how common the name of Brown is in Vingess (only heard the town name spoken, not spelled so I probably butchered the spelling) but Mick should have asked to be taken off the case due to a conflict of interest. I am sure the captain would have assigned the case to another detective.

Nothing is unable to be said or done on this comedy.... How refreshing compared to modern WOKE world.

If you don’t like this show don’t watch it. But just because you don’t like a show doesn’t mean you should want it stopped. I don’t like the news but I also don’t watch it either but I’m not going to make someone else and tell them they should cancel the news just because I don’t like it. Like everything else. My nana even said about vampire shows and movies. She doesn’t like stuff like that but she’s not going to have those shows or movies canceled because even she knows some people do like them. She doesn’t even like some of the old black and white vampire and Frankenstein movies and the wolf man. She said she has never been really into those types of stuff. And after I watched madea last year on Netflix with mrs brown I came and found out it was a real show and not just a character Tyler perry came up with for his Netflix movie. Like he does a lot with his movies and shows. I don’t like beer and I don’t drink it either but I’m not going to protest every beer type off the shelves at stores. People like it and why should I care about if it’s their it’s not jumping into my pockets trying to get me drunk. There is a lot of shows and movies that are politically correct but they suck. And doesn’t have a good story or jokes. Jokes people don’t often get. Just because you don’t like the joke doesn’t mean you have to listen to it. If we canceled every movie or show just because we don’t think it’s right then what is left. Someone is always going to find something wrong with every movie or show out there. If you don’t like something don’t watch it. It’s not like people that like it is holding you down tapping your eye’s open making you watch it. Only the LGBT community does that. Normal people don’t. We believe if you like it watch and if you don’t don’t. Simple. I don’t agree with some of the language sometimes on shows and movies but just because a show or movie has that in it doesn’t mean you have to watch it either. That’s what a joke is something to laugh about and is like roasting someone in a joking manner. People roast all the time in a joking way. If you don’t like jokes stay home and stay. Don’t keep someone else from being who they are just because you don’t like the joke or because you can’t take the joke. My father always said some people you just don’t joke with because they can’t take it and people like that live a sad and boring life. And the stuff they do find funny isn’t all that funny. If you don’t like it don’t mess up someone else’s life because you don’t like it. People might not like you does that mean you need to get rid of you no it’s called if you don’t like someone don’t hang around them. And if you’re that kind of person you probably have weird friends or no friends because who wants to hang out with a stick in the mud. I know I don’t. RU-vid will probably block this message but it goes to show you that people think if they don’t like something they can remove it or change it. And if 75% of people are normal and the rest is trying to mess up life for them when they did nothing to the rest who do you think we should we be most likely to get rid of or change? If you are smart it’s the rest and not the 75% of people. Don’t mess up our lives just because you are messed up.
