MSN played together for 3 seasons and won 6/9 possible major trophies (Cup, league or UCL), BBC played together for 5 seasons and won 6/15 possible major trophies but 4 of them were UCL's. In other words MSN had better numbers and more consistency but BBC were more clutch (and played together for longer). I always rated MSN higher because there were alot of times when Cristiano was completely carrying BBC and it felt more like a one man show than a trio and from around 2015 onwards Real Madrid irrefutably had a better midfield and defense than Barca which was also a huge contributer to their UCL success.

Comparing a front 3 by trophy count is a flawed way of looking at things because trophies are a team achievement, meaning Madrid at the time were just a better overall team, whereas individual attacking numbers are purely based of the individual performances of the players
MSN had better midfielders and BBC had better defenders That’s why in big games like champions league MSN would not reach far cuz there defense would let them down (Not saying that Madrids midfield was trash but Barca’s was a bit better and Madrid’s defense was a bit better than Barca’s)
Real had better defence since xavi left. Kroos never made mistakes, modric great as usual and casemiro at his best. Barca had a pretty good midfield but they lacked the stability because players kept coming and going. As for defence, real was much better
Bale didn't even play in the last 2 years of the 3 peat, Isco started more than him. If u look at BBCs numbers, Ronaldo did most of the heavy lifting. If u look at MSNs numbers it's such an even spread

The BBC won more than the MSN with less goals. Which reveals a good defenders and goalkeeper on RM ... that all the trophies were not just because of the MSN or BBC cause they need the full team. You can count on him, regardless of who he is surrounded as he has proven during his career. Switch Messi to Portugal and CR7 to Argentina, Ronaldo easily 3 peats WC. If Messi isnt surrounded by the most elite of players, he fails to perform as he showed with PSG. Without Iniesta or Xavi, two players he robbed ballondors from, his winning % is significantly lower than when he had their help. ALL of barca struggles came after Xavi and Iniesta left.
