The video was shot at Tecate Pal Norte festival with the studio audio synched up to it. Thanks for the shout out and for the reaction. Looking forward to more! 🤘🎶
The heavy sound comes from Dany playing a custom shop Fender Strat baritone guitar, with a longer neck, more space between frets, which let's her use much thicker .014-.070 strings and tune to B1 instead of E2, plus she tuned in down a notch to drop A1, and Ale is also switching bass to tuned down to drop A. So that gives a cool much bassier tone to the whole song.
About the audio for this vid.... ? the Co2 cannons and pyros were too loud to get the right mix like Live at Teatro Metropolitan.... so They dropped studio on live...... They don't miss a beat !!!!
I liked your comment on the dichotomy between the vocals and the instruments. If this song had male voices it would be pure heavy metal, but the girls voices pull it back into more of a hard rock genre......
I fully agree the last part need to be at least 30 seconds more and why not a minute! But we are living in times with short attention span. I remember when songs could be 15 minutes and just jamming.
Song starts with Ales bass, heavy fuzz effect, then Danys drop A baritone guitar also with heavy fuzz joins in. There is a picture of Dany playing a caoline Hawaiian Pizza fuzz with Anton DLlost the producer on this album.
It is hard but I wouldnt say that it is harder that Error or Evolve or QOTMS or Disciple. It is certainly "heavier just from being tuned down so much. Its like the most heavy pop song.
The two words Studio Version seem to confuse reactors to no end. You mean they can put audio from the studio OVER live video? No way.... And a DISTORTED GUITAR from a rock band!? Mind Blown!
It is the way the vid is titled, which most likely lead to myself and other reactors being confused. I can't speak for other reactors but I never said they couldn't do that. Also I am 6 songs into The Warning's catalog, so the distorted guitar was a first for me from this band. If you'd like to understand how mind-blowing the distorted guitar sound actually is scroll down/up and check out @reactionsaccount3955 comment they break down the actual instrument used to make the distorted guitar sound...it's a custom guitar which again requires skill and talent thus some people like myself find it mind-blowing because many artists just use software.
Way... They play to a click, anyway, which they hear in their InEarz monitors, so their stage performances time perfectly with backing tracks on Pau's laptop from their studio recordings. So for the uninitiated, they can sync live with studio any time. Dad's an engineer who used to run a recording studio, so they're well equipped with experts (and gear).
