It does seem to be common that the snack no-one actually eats in the UK get packed in snack boxes to be shipped to American RU-vidrs, from what I’ve seen
I grew up in an English household and we had lots of English snacks growing up but I can't say I've heard of many of those. They look great though! You could probably find a few more common English snacks like Flakes, Crunchies, Penguin bars, etc. Would also be really interested to hear what you think of Marmite 🙃#gltlove
Another Brit here and also haven’t seen anything before that you’ve got here. I also saw someone else do one of these videos with the same box from the same company. Think the company need to do their research more. Hopefully you get to try some actual British snacks and fingers crossed you like them :)
Our snacks aren't overly sweet in general we don't have any addictives gmos and presavatives in our snacks all natural ingredients we also use glucose syrup instead of processed fructose corn syrup
I’m watching this just now and came to see if the comments were similar to what I was thinking! So far have only heard of the Mackies & Deans (i’m Scottish 🤣) these are not everyday brands typical of the UK.
Well done, young lady! You're the first person from the US that I've seen to enjoy the Lamb and Mints crisps. FYI, if you really enjoy our chocolate, did you know that Amazon do a box of 10 assorted Cadbury bars? These are real Cadbury too, made over here rather than the "fake" Cadbury rubbish that's made by Hershey. Best wishes for more delicious snacking.......................................the ancient Englishman.
I live in the uk and never saw any of the crisps, (I’ve paused and haven’t gotten further) I’d love to send you a box full of the uk’s favourite chocolate, sweets and crisps :)
omfg, fly over here an marry me haha cool vid an don't listen to a lot of these comments, they were all traditional British sweets an crisps/chips lol some more popular than others with the different age groups but everything you had I'd class as traditionally very British :-D you have the coolest accent too! Love from Glasgow x (PS - You need to try Irn-Bru, pronounced Iron-Brew)
Great job, the UK box is a lot of fun! We really liked our July box we just got as well! We just subbed👋! We'd be honored if you swung by our small corner of RU-vid and did the same if you like what you see! Either way, keep on smiling and creating great content! -kfro
Thanks for letting me know! I’ve signed up for some more authentic British snack subscription boxes and I’m excited to try them! I’ll definitely film another taste test video once they arrive
Yet another poor soul being conned by this company. 95% of these are not even in British shops. The Mackies crisps are probably the most common brand but only really big in Scotland. Sorry, you wasted your money if you wanted authentic British snacks.
I’ve tried a lot of the commonly loved authentic British snacks before like jammie dodgers, wotsits, walkers crisps, and maltesers, so I knew that these were more off brand and less common. Is there a more authentic subscription box you would recommend?
I'm from England and don't know any brands here, where's Cadbury UK chocolates, not the USA version either, that's not real Cadbury. Also galaxy chocolate is amazing .walkers crisps or as you say chips are excellent too . You will have to get more authentic chocolate and snacks ,you won't be disappointed. Not sure how you go about getting these boxes so can't help ,wished I could.
A British youtuber offers a British candy subscription service. I have seen lots of people reviewing their stuff and it is authentic. The channel is called ' this with them' I think. They are called Kate and Alex. britishcandybox.co/
