These tax benefits are related to tax returns, not necessarily putting more money into your pocket. This is how fox propaganda misinform their audience. All you have to do is compare your income from 2017 and now to determine if the tax benefit is true the way they say it is. It's not. It's only when you file your taxes. They want tell you that. I have had to pay taxes for the past 3 years, so the tax bill is not benefiting me.

My wife and two kids went through the McDonald's drive-thru a couple weeks ago. It was over $30 for two combos and two kids meals. Crazy! Prices on everything are skyrocketing. I do the grocery shopping for our family, and I've noticed some of our regular items have doubled in price, while others are up near 50%. It's absolutely insane. Something has to give. This economy is terrible.

Republicans have caused inflation. With no minimum wage increases since 2009 that was part of the Bush 43 increase. Cost of living has gone up. Republicans blocked Obama's increase in the Senate and Trump who claims he's for the working man is the first president since the implementation of the minimum wage to not submit an increase. Yet he loves to brag about how low inflation was during his term and Americans come first. So he gave us inflation for us to deal with after covid and Americans saying I'm not working for $7.25/hr.

The way the tax bracket jumps from 12% to 22% is unreal, a person making 42k and a person making 48k take home the same pay. In other words if you make $22 an hour you will take home $40,268 if you get a raise to $23 you will take home $37,315.

Trump's 2017 tax cuts only saved me (according to the person who prepares my taxes each year) about $100 annually. So you see, Trump's tax cuts only went to corporations and billionaires, not real working Americans at all. The US GDP compound growth was a mere 1.6% annually AFTER Trump's tax cuts.

Who knows more, a 7 times bankrupt buissnessman or the VP who reduced Bush's deficit from $1.4 trillion to $400 billion and who then as President has halved Trump's deficit while investing more in infrastructure and job creating bills like the CHIPS act, than anyone in history. Trump doubled Obama's deficit in his first year, then set new all-time record deficits in 18, 19 and 20, and increased the National debt by 30% in just 4 years. And what did you get for all that money, nothing except richer billionaires and companies.
