Quaresma is one of the best dribblers of all time, when he used to play in Sporting CP with Cristiano Ronaldo every tought he was going to be the next great star but his didnt had the discipline, Ronaldo did. Either way, he is a portuguese legend, everyone likes him here in Portugal and alongside Ronaldo he was a crucial player on the euro 2016 which Portugal won. Now he plays in Vitória SC in my hometown city,he is old, cant run but still have that 5 star skills in fifa 21 xD. @@KhalidTalks Just one little trick to understand portuguese football. Every great player from Portugal, come from Sporting. So if they are kinda of the same age, they played together, and lived together in Sporting Academy. It's very hard to find a good portuguese player that was not in Sporting. Right now Bernardo Silva is the only one not from Sporting. All the other good ones where at some point players from Sporting.

3:18 not really his nickname, the guy is a gypsie...we did refer to him as Harry Potter during his spell at FC Porto, and some comentators called him Mustang. This guy's potential was out of this world but things didn't go well for him at Barcelona, Inter(nazzionale) Milan and Chelsea. In an interview he claims he tried to change his game to adapt to those teams and he shouldn't have. anyway, although I support Benfica and Quaresma played for Porto I have nothing but respect for him and I still think he should still be drafted to our national team.

i had the pleasure to meet and play with young Quaresma back when i was in school, and because i'm a little younger I was always amazed. It was almost seeing a magician... And i remember that we thought he had more talent than Ronaldo (Since both came from the same academy and same club around the same time.) There was a lot of comparisons but we found very rapidly that he didn't had the same level of work ethic as Ronaldo. But nevetheless having both of them playing for my country was amazing.. and yes, he have true gipsy blood and he was always proud of his roots!

His nickname is Harry Potter or The Mustang and as never been The Gypsy. Gypsy is obviously his ethnicity. In Portugal you can't call a gypsy by their own name as it would be considered an insult and racism. In fact, calling someone a gypsy is an insult because of a large part of that community live from illegal activities and are notorious for exploiting the social system in their favor. Therefore rarely in Portugal someone calls Quaresma a Gypsy. It's is acceptable in some circumstances but not as a general rule.
