Multicultural London English (MLE - the dialect most UK rappers use and speak) is heavily influenced by a ton of different dialects, Caribbean dialects like Jamaican patois, African dialects like Nigerian, Somali, and others like Punjabi & Arabic, (& so many more) - this is because over the last 50-70 years or so there has been a ton of migration from these countries particularly in urban working class areas in cities like London.
