Even foxhole avenue NW DC, is the most expensive, cathedral Ave. Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Somewhere in silver springs, Rockville are also cost high. But comparing those priorities to this property in Ghana, the one in Ghana far better than those in the states, I think I will go for this house in accra, if this house is in U.S it can cost at least 4 to 5 million here in DMV
