That is a pretty small turkey even in the UK. I don't like turkey that much (why anyone would ever choose turkey over a good chicken confuses me) so I often get a chicken instead for Christmas and the large chicken I get is bigger than the turkey they are using.

Coke and red wine are pretty common in Serbia where I am from it's actually good you get the refine taste of wine with sweetness and carboanation of coke so i would give it a try.

Yes coke and red wine is common in Spain, its called Kalimotxo. Its not bad actually, I think it tastes like Buckfast which is a sweetened caffeinated tonic wine popular in Scotland.

The Turkey size thing is mad. Do you only have one size in the US? They come in different sizes in the UK depending on how many people you are feeding. These were small so they cooked in time

I live in England and my Christmas dinner is turkey, yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes with a selection of veg and all of it is covered in gravy with a little bit of cranberry sauce on the side. So yeah I would say it’s pretty similar to your thanksgiving.

in germany the typical christmas dinner is either duck or goose, with some Knödel which is a potato dish but idk how to translate it, some sauce(prob similar to gravy) and cabbage. At my house we also has spätzle(a type of egg noodle), because I dont like knödel haha and then sometimes some other sides
