The joy of Milo is that it doesn't fully dissolve in milk. You get to scoop the wet Milo off the top with a t-spoon before you drink the flavoured milk. It is the best.

Eat it everyday on sandwiches, toast or straight from the jar - yep by the spoonful! mmmmmm........... Ahh! Fairy bread!!! Hundred's & Thousands on thickly buttered fresh white bread! Ahah I’m glad this was in my recommended, as an Australian, I’m glad that we can share the culture! Edit: your dad has the vibe of an “old mate”, basically a person others look up to, has humour and is always in the sun.
Fairy bread started as a poor families child's party food. Majority of Aussies couldn't afford sweets only what they could bake. Having a slice of buttered fairy bread cut into quarters went along way at a party. Kids loved it an over years it became apart of australian culture.

Love Your Accent guys and the Older Gentleman is Charming. There's a reason the Aussie Accent is difficult to imitate, We tend to pick up Other People's. My Brother met a pretty English Tourist and Followed Her Home. The following year they got Married and now they have a Teenage Daughter. Apparently He has an English accent which none of Us have ever heard. Subconsciously He'll switch back when thinking or talking about Australia. A friend of mine married an American Lady. They lived in America for a while, unfortunately they had trouble Making Ends. They had to move back to Australia. A group of us were standing around talking to them. She asked Him "What happened to Your Accent?" Everyone just looked at Her mystified. I recently heard someone explain that basically The Aussie Accent stays the same. It just varies on where you live, for instance in Western Australia they tend to have Mild Accent. I'd say Mine is Pretty Average I'm originally from Brisbane (Brisy to locals and others). When I was 13 My Mum and I moved to The Atherton Tablelands, Far North Queensland where She came from. There's a Mountain Range behind Cairns drive up there and you'll find it. You'll also find Rainforest, Waterfalls and Rolling Hills. The temperature is a lot Cooler than the coast. Due to Volcanic Soil from Long Extinct Volcanoes you can grow a large selection of crops. It's Dairy Farming Country (We just call Farms and Ranches the same thing). Anyway amongst Mum's Friends and Family, I know the Stronger Country and or Bogan (Hick) Accent. In general I love them, like Almost All Aussies they're Warm and Friendly People.
Cool video. If you do further food tasting videos, it would be nice to see the packaging as well as describing the food. For example, what you added to your milk was it a powder like Quick or a more a syrup substance? Was the flavor salty, sweet, sour, etc..? Thanks for sharing food from Australia.
it was milo its a powder that taste like chockolate it can either be used hot or in cold milk its commonly sold in school canteens ( we dont get free meals at school ) if you buy lunch then u can also order milo or tea
There is so much vegemite on that toast, said the Aussie. Only a tiny bit required. A scaping rather than a spreading. I love my vegemite, but watching that made me dry wretch, lol

G’day fellas so American 🇺🇸. Way too much vegemite fellas it best on toast with butter and little bit of vegemite, you eat milo straight out tin it’s like chocolate dirt it’s best with ice cream or make milkshakes with it. Good video but it made laugh. If you blokes are in sports you should check out AFL best watch what is AFL the best sport in the world and if you like motorsports then check Supercars V8 at Bathurst. so fairy bread is a kids treat usuly served at birthday partys it dates back to war times when it was dificult to create cakes parents would butter bread and add sprinkles and i guess it sorta stuck another very aussie desert is anzac biscuits witch is coconut mollasis and other stuff they needed to figure out how to send sweets to loved ones and anzack biscuits were the awnser ps sorry bout my spelling
