Most of these arent really considered as dessert in the Philippines, more like a snack or breakfast. Most common desserts of the Philippines are leche flan, maja blanca, buko or fruit salad, halo halo and gulaman.
I really like their reactions, they are knowledgeable and open-minded and when they site their opinions they are actually informative in a way that they give credible context, thus they are respectful and at the same time real/honest about their opinions. I really like the siblings and the woman in red.
I am a filipino but I am not familiar with the Graciosa but ensaymada is typically you may find in all bakery. Sardines is not a dessert this is included as a main dish for common filipinos

This is actually a good list of desserts you have presented. But what I think you have given to them is more of a representation of the Central Philippines. I'll sub to this channel to see more underrated desserts to be featured in your future uploads. Good day!
na-shock naman ako sa Sardinas as dessert ..typically this serves as a light snack or main dish for most Filipinos ... you can make a sardines sandwich with pandesal (Pinoy bread) or breakfast SardiSilog (Sardines, SI(SInangag = fried rice), and itLOG (egg)).
Jefferson apaap in the house !!!! Please help accommodate Simon in the Philippines when he visit there !!! And do some vlogging while traveling around Philippines!!!! Bohol, Boracay , Palawan , etc.
Owwwwwww looking forward to meet Simon in person. As a person living ... Agaaayyy... Well so excited to work with Simon here in the beautiful island of the Philippines. Gudeybbbb 💚
There a lot more desserts better than these ones. But they're good.. also, is sardines a dessert? I grew up there, never eat it for dessert. You usually eat it with rice as a meal. 😁 i wonder who made this list if desserts.. They graded honestly and im glad they liked them 😁
The thing you're showing as purple yam is a sweet potato. Ube is black to gray in color and is hairy. It is purple in the inside. The sardines as dessert? That's funny.
Is sardines a desert in the Philippines? I believe they are not a dessert in the Philippines because I come from the Philippines too and sardines are like a dish ( sorry if i offend any of you(/◕ヮ◕)/ )
Filipino dessert: Leche Flan, Ube Halaya, Halo-Halo (huh loh huh loh NOT hey low hey low), Maja (mah huh NOT mad jah) Blanca, Mais con Yelo, Buko Pandan, Buko Salad (yep it's a dessert salad and i can teach you how to make it)
FYI most of the food are not considered as dessert, it's a snack that can by in carinderia or store here in the Philippines. Can you please correct it. Our example of dessert here are Halo-halo, kakanin, leche flan, egg pie, tarts, mais con yelo, banana con yelo, turin w/ ice cream and so on.
