chop up the chili and put in the soy sauce then take the calamansi and squeeze in there too add a dab of vinegar then dip your chicken in there. it enhances the flavor of the chicken.. enjoy your stay in the PI

next time when you eat mang inasal mix the soy sauce with chili and the orange one is chicken oil which you put on your rice and the small pudding you see is in the crema de leche is the leche flan you can buy a in a big piece on the market

Because the main dish is so rich in flavors the plain rice is there to compliment it and to even out the rich flavors of the main dish. It’s like eating bread with main dish in America. So no need to judge the rice.
You forget that little green lime on your plate to pour in your palabok man. Plus that chili and Small lime we called Calamansi are for the dipping sauce. Put them together with the soy sauce and chili and Calamansi 😅

5:05 if you wanna make the best of it, don't put the soy sauce on your rice. mix soy sauce, kalamansi, and siling labuyo(chili) together and use it on your chicken or as you eat the chicken, dip it.
You need to mix the Palbok first before you dive down to it. You have tasted only portion of the sauce that is why you havent tasted it so good. Next time you need to mix it well just like the halo halo.

Can you just explain why most of the western people didn't know to mix the noodles and sauce before eating? So tired of seeing these people doing mukbang but didn't know how to do it right.
Haha Jobay not sure, but i fixed it in the next video in Quiapo market where i tried the Palabok from the Local Street vendor in Quiapo market and i actually mixed it and finally put the kalamansi sauce on it lol, but Jobay atleast it makes you laugh right. everything in the Philippines i must mix together right?
So i know to each his own...but dude...if youre going to eat filipino dishes ...you have to learn to eat rice WITH the meat. Most filipino dishes are meant and seasoned to be eaten WITH rice. Just a suggestion if you want to enjoy filipino cuisine better.
