Hi from UK. So glad you re-uploaded your vids. The opening of this vid and music is one of the best on youtube. The who and eminence front, what a track. I keep coming back to this one. Keep safe and keep doing some of the best train hopping vids on the net. Top work John
Keep coming back to this- absolutely brilliant. The first 5 minutes always make me want to ditch my BS corporate London job and spend a month travelling the small roads across the US
I have lived in Charlotte on and off here and there.. I have put up a lot of your high rises.. always stay at the Wyndham down town. I did the a/c hotel, the museum apartments, Shit one I can’t remember the name but it was two condo buildings both exactly the same and right next to each other, And one other building right on tryon. Was a big high rise with a hotel attached.. anyway always loved working and staying there. I like how it’s a small big city and you can walk all of downtown in an afternoon.. I’m from NYC and now live in Atlanta and you can’t really do that in either of those cities..
What a jerk!! (The guy who rattled on you) I am a train watcher but have total respect for hobos and would never report them That’s just mean I am glad you are doing well and I pray you have many safe and wonderful travels!!
dude ur videos are great for the feeling of it. How cool would a beer and catching out from a trestle on your last video feel after all the preceeding bullshit. Need to ride more trains and sleep outdoors
That says a lot about Amtrak when the guy who is use to waiting around for hours to ride outside on a freight train just sitting on dirty steel, complained about them being late and than that it was a rough ride haha... damn Amtrak Sounds like sneaking on a freight train is better than paying for a ride on one of your trains haha
@@JohnERingo-oh9iy yeah I guess you do get to stay warm and dry, can relax and not have to worry about being woken up and thrown off the train and having to spend the night locked up. Also like you said you know exactly where your going instead of having to make an educated guess and hope you are right haha.. hey safe travels bud, like your videos.
Thanks for posting this documentary. Trains are sooooo great. I'm an old geezer and the music is not to my liking; I prefer the sounds of of the train and blowin' air. Keep on trainin'.
Damn straight. This ride was pretty fukn ridiculous. I was stuck on top of that grain car for like 5-6 hours. Went past a NS track worker who lost his mind waving and hollering at me. haha. I made it they didn’t stop the train for me, so heeeeeeey🤷♀️
Columbia sucks, a bunch of snitches in that town but that's the way it is everywhere. With that said this is the best video and music I've seen yet keep it up dude.💯✌️
I have herd before but for the life of me I can’t remember... why are they called foamers. I have been racking my brain trying to remember and not have to ask because as soon as I get a reply I’m going to be like damn it I knew it!!
@@derekrohan9619, I'm guessing it is in reference to animals or people who evidence wild madness due to disease such as Rabies or who are overcome with excitement. Check out www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Foamer
@@derekrohan9619 They're so excited just to see ANY train pass by that they are "foaming at the mouth" or some likely getting a hardon just thinking about trains lol
Not ftra.you not old enuff I grew up in hobo camps and see my video stobie hobo could not talk me about f freight train I had tell him !Florida hobo in family in ftra.hobo camps and has child I rode freight train csx.was my first traine out tunnel in Baldwin florida at night the hobo chop the woods black and white
curtis mccorkel Your right, I’m definitely not FTRA. I’m just a pretty normal guy who rides trains to get around. If you knew about Solo Drifters situation, he would probably make a lot more sense. He’s also a pretty normal, and just plain nice guy. Time change curt, there’s not much FTRA out here anymore.
