A White restaurant can deny service to a black person and tell you to leave for any reason. I just want to show you how stupid your argument is. God bless.
oh they can just deny service huh. So can they say oh you have black skin, i don't want to serve you? Or your a cOP and I don't want to serve you? Get your head out of your a** and stop being a SIMP for illegal behavior. No company should be allowed to deny service to anyone not breaking laws and card counting is not illegal.
We hold a 20% advantage over thousands of average, typically intoxicated players, one player has a 1% advantage over us CALL THE SWAT TEAM IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
Las Vegas cheats everyone and they tell you to leave. They sure don’t show the discrimination in their commercials though? Why do you think that is? Fake nice Las Vegas casinos lol…..they only want your money. The cyber attack was probably just a stunt so they wouldn’t have to pay a big jack pot when someone hit on a slot machine.
The commercial doest show their negative treatment and unlawful discrimination when they loose. Lol people need to wake up and stop doing business with these thieves.
Hold on a minute I heard in the initial part of the video he was down 4000.!! Why on Earth are you bust this guy's balls for card counting when hes losing?
Statistically he will bounce back...provided he's playing correctly, and has the count right. Card counters have about @ 2% advantage over the house (which is why they get kicked out). So eventually he'll get that $4000 back + more.
All casinos don’t like to pay when they loose this is a perfect example. Another is MGM getting cyber attacks? Maybe someone hit a big jack pot and they didn’t want to pay. People need to wake up and realize how these places cheat them.
I am so on their side. You want to make billions $$$ off of stacked odds, taking money from addicts, etc., it is tough noogies if someone has the ability to count cards and wins, wins, wins. That is the price. Maybe no apps or electronic counting?? But really, too bad if they can do it in their heads. Sorry, but you win too much so you have to go & dont come back doesnt work for me! Hey, stay for a week on us for free if they lose, lose, lose, right? And NO, i cant count cards! Blacklisting should also be illegal and subject to civil penalties. Can you imagine a star quarterback being banned from playing, a fishing champion being banned, a stock trader banned from buying because he makes too much, take your pick. A business that preys on people with stacked odds against them shouldnt be allowed to ban someone for being good at what they do. If only i could......
The Colorado Gaming people actually said that their officer did nothing wrong..that he was only 'making sure that a crime wasnt committed'? Dude came out and said that the blackjack player was COMMITTING A CRIME...by counting cards! What kind of 'due diligence' is that? Just another example of 'protecting the blue'.
I don’t know all the laws, but I do believe it’s illegal not to cash a player chips- This is so ridiculous. All the rules are advantageous towards the casino and even if he did beat them, they know they’re gonna get it back in the long run anyway.
I've seen some card counting YT channels and the impression I get is that the police there are in the casinos all the time, and they get very chummy with the staff. The staff get indignant with card counters and so the police follow along. I'm betting an uninformed casino employee suggested to the officers that what the guy was doing was illegal, though of course I can't be sure. FWIW, I've also seen casinos pull the same crap with the ID. The casino operator is not asking if he is of age (he obviously is), the casino wants to record his personal information in case he returns (or potentially as the victim suggested, to share the information with other casinos). If the casino trespasses you, it is a crime to return. The casinos aren't allowed to refuse to pay out either, but it happens a lot. Most players I've seen simply take their chips with them and return at another time.
Casino employee even States he's not Cheating by saying "if you're Cheating "OR" Counting Cards" if Counting (Using your Brains) is Illegal then you would just say that instead of stating Two Seperate terms.
Ameristar doesn’t pay out anyways. Since they opened, those machines where set to take the peoples money till half their debt, building that place was paid off.
I'VE WORKED IN GAMING FOR 27 YEARS! CARD COUNTING ISN'T ILLEGAL BUT THE CASINO CAN REFUSE YOUR PLAY. IVE NEVER SEEN THE POLICE CALLED. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO CASH HIM OUT TOO! PERIOD!
There are signs, especially with black jack for an example you never buy insurance until one hand appears and you do and you win the insurance. I got kicked out of a casino for that
@@williamromkee4310 but you can't ever prove it. and even if an expert could, this cop is dumber than pigeon shit and would have no idea what he's watching.
There are casinos where you win $100,000 dollars and tell you the computer made a mistake with 4 zeroes and give you 10 dollars and you have to take it because there are 6 guys around you taller and fatter. I was in Black Hawk on the 23rd of December 2023 and stopped for a cup of coffee but not inside casinos.
I believe casinos are given a license from Gaming Commissions knowing full well machines are not truly 100% RNG operated without being manipulated, especially since video slot/poker machines were invented, and can be manipulated easier by casinos. I believe for a casino to be allowed to have a payout percentage on any machine, they are allowed to manipulate a machine per gaming law to set that percentage payout, to guarantee a casino doesn't lose, and the machine is no longer completely/entirely random but manipulated. I believe casinos are legally but dishonestly allowed to have a winning percentage edge throughout an entire casino, and why someone smart enough and trained well enough to be able to count cards in Blackjack is not allowed, since they realistically can throw off that percentage edge for a casino, if they have a good run. I'm not convinced, yet, that the newer automatic card shufflers aren't able to be manipulated some how by the casino as well.
I hope that punk cop got fired for saying it’s illegal when it’s not. If he didn’t he will get his by God, it’s sick we allow idiots like that cop to wear a badge when he can’t even uphold the law correctly.
"We need iD to verify you can gamble here" Soo what about the $4-5k he's Down/Lost?? So he was old enough then WITHOUT ID??! Casinos are likel a Mafia especially when there's No Close competition!!
Any idiot that thinks he can get rich from a casino is just that. The casino gives you a card to insert into any machine to gain "Points" for the amount you spend. It doesn't take a genius to suspect that everything is communicating through Wi-Fi to Identify you and rig the slots if your Win/Loss is too high. Yet people are suckers and there will always be suckers. Still not convinced? Okay, lets take Texas hold'em. Even poker has a machine that "Shuffles" the deck for the dealer. Now look at the back of a playing card. Kinda looks like a QR code huh? Get real.
Casinos DO NOT need to break the law to make people poor at the casino. Look up RTP "Return To Player". All casino games are designed to give you WORSE odds than 50% (meaning less than 100% RTP). The "Points" are to encourage you to lose more money "to earn more points" and most importantly, to track you in case you start doing card counting, they will know who you are and can Trespass/ban you and if they want to, they can share your name/photo with other casinos so that they can ban you also. The shuffling machines are to lower your odds of winning, but aren't cheating, they are just to help increase the odds that they will give players a disadvantage. Everything about casinos is designed to give players a disadvantage. Think of it like playing a 1 vs 1 fighting game, where you start every fight where the enemy is automatically given a win on the first round and you start the round with half health and the enemy opponent does twice the damage and moves twice as fast. That's how a casino-style fighting game would be designed. The NPC wouldn't have to "cheat" to win most of the time, because they already have a huge advantage over you, that essentially makes the game unfair, except that you agree to play knowing there is a disadvantage, whether you know what it is or not.
First, why not give your ID. You are in a casino...If this dude is on TV complaining it's pretty clear he does not mind if we know is name. He probably got aggravated because a braindead sheep asked for his ID.
he already showed his id to get the wrist band. he didn't want to give it to some hack who was going to database him. once he was illegally detained he sued them at which point obviously his name is going to be known.
variance! when Phil Ivey won $10 million playing baccarat, he could have lost. why I thought it was ridiculous he had to pay back. He was not guaranteed to win.
The police officers didn't do anything wrong. You can't expect them to know billions of laws. They only knew what the casino accused him of. General fraud. The casino is 100 wrong because Colorado law has a specific rule allowing someone to use his mental talent.
Other than poker, you can either win a little bit (after which you'll be asked to leave)...OR...you could potentially lose a lot. Poker is the only game where the casinos could care less who wins.
