Previously it was known as Noida extension, land was acquired from farmers in cheap rates, by Noida authority to develop industries and all after that in the shake of money they sold the land to builders in double/triple of the rates, after knowing the whole drama, farmers came together and called up strike against builders, stopped their construction work and all, and raised their voice to get more compensation, this ruckus lasts for around 2-3 years, the construction work was on hold till then, and market value of Noida extension came down drastically, anyhow the matter shorted out by paying handsome amount to the farmers, and finally the construction work resumed, but the market value couldn't resumed. So real-estate builders, dealers and other people eye washed and mind washed of the buyers by changing the name of that vicinity Noida extension to Greater Noida West.😁🤣 Aur phir wahi hua jo wo chahte the, public phir phuddu ban gayi aur 3 saal tak aadhi adhuri bani building ko builder ke cosmetic change ke baad phir purchase kar liya.😤

Better to buy Greater noida authority plots.., maintenance bharte rahoge yha society mein avoid investment here... Instead buy kisa qutoa authority plots for good long term appreciation.
