Great vid I love my C63, are they genuine alloys? Any exhaust mods?

Yes. Those are genuine Edition 507 rims. Exhaust has had centre muffler deleted with cross pipe added.

It’s a genuine Edition 507 grill. Be aware that the grill is not an out of the box fit. The bumper on the facelift has the grill tabs located slightly differently to the pre-facelift. So it was necessary to create tab slots in the Edition 507 grill to make it fit. You may be able to find a replica grill for the pre-facelift which looks similar.
