No I don’t think so because it’s not a flat surface farm land it’s a mountain farm land / sloped land area that only can Convert into Fruit Farm land because of the Fear of landslides with watering the crops etc. that’s why they require Almond Tree Farming and Fruit Grapes 🍇 or Wine 🍷 Grapes plants etc , because they need less or Very little water 💦 compared to other fruit trees and Crops. So this is just a land Converting permission from forest 🌳 land to fruit trees Farming 😮🎉, which is actually good 👍 and surprising to see that 🇮🇷 Iranian Government is doing something to Protect their forests land Wow 😯, its amazing how much they care otherwise all those Mountains will be destroyed and Landslides and floods all over the country. I don’t Understand that Why Amir didn’t get those permission and Permit for his Previous Land?? Because that land is way more valuable Better Land for Farming and to Building a Farm House 🏡?? I’m not sure if he’s going to get Building permission / permits to build a house on this property that Easily, Unless he Hired a Lawyer to do the whole process for him, that’s gonna cost 💲 him big money 💰,Lawyers are not Cheap and they know that when Cheap land Converts into Building houses 🏘️ onto land than the Value of the Property goes up Way more than what they paid.
