Same here buddy - the only boxer whose entire Olympics career, and pro career I followed! One think that Khan guarantees is excitement! His fights were always exciting!

Agree with the “prolonged period of time” bit but there was a year or so where Khan was regarded as the best 140 pounder in the world. When Tim Bradley ducked him and chose not to fight him at that point Khan was the man at 140. But yes it wasn’t for long but still, for someone to regarded as numero uno in the world for however long is still a great achievement.

I remember when he was hurt against Maidana in the 10th round and the American commentators were questioning why he wasn’t choosing to hold onto Maidana and instead was trying to fight him even whilst hurt.
